شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر جذب توریسم درمانی (توریسم سلامت) در بیمارستانهای شهرستان گنبد کاووس

هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی واولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر جذب توریسم درمانی(توریسم سلامت) در بیمارستانهای شهرستان گنبد کاووس) بود. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده توصیفی، پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی بود.مدل مفهومی تحقیق حاصل از پژوهش(ساب هادرا ، 2020) بدست آمده است. داده‌های تحقیق با روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی گردآوری شده و ابزار مورد استفاده پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بوده است. پایایی پرسش نامه با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ و روایی ابزار با روش محتوایی مورد تایید قرار گرفته اند. هم چنین جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون ahp با استفاده از نرم افزار expert choiceو excel استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل محاسبه شده نشان می دهد که نتایج تحلیل محاسبه شده نشان می دهد که عامل کیفیت ارائه خدمات درمان با وزن نسبی 0.373 در رتبه اول و پس از آن عامل حسن شهرت پزشکان با وزن نسبی 0.225 در رتبه دوم و اشتراکات قومیتی با وزن نسبی 0.214 در رتبه سوم و قیمت ارائه خدمات با وزن نسبی 0.149 در رتبه چهارم و اشتراکات زبانی با وزن نسبی 0.124 در رتبه پنجم و توانمندی پزشکان با وزن نسبی 0.077 در رتبه ششم اهمیت قرار دارد.

the purpose of the current research was to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the attraction of medical tourism (health tourism) in the hospitals of gonbad kavus city. the research method used was a descriptive, correlational survey. the conceptual model of the research was obtained from the research (sab hadra, 2020). the research data was collected by library and field method and the tool used was researcher-made questionnaire. the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using cronbach s alpha method and the validity of the instrument was confirmed using the content method. also, for data analysis, ahp test was used using expert choice and excel software. the results of the calculated analysis show that the quality factor of providing treatment services with a relative weight of 0.373 ranks first, followed by the reputation factor of doctors with a relative weight of 0.225 and ethnic similarities with a relative weight of 0.214. in the third place, the price of providing services with a relative weight of 0.149 is in the fourth place, language skills with a relative weight of 0.124 is in the fifth place, and the ability of doctors is in the sixth place with a relative weight of 0.077.
