بررسی رابطه بین رهبری اخلاقی و رفتار شهروندی سبز کارکنان با توجه به نقش آگاهی زیست محیطی در مراکز بهداشت استان گلستان

در این تحقیق رابطه بین رهبری اخلاقی و رفتار شهروندی سبز کارکنان با توجه به نقش آگاهی زیست محیطی در مراکز بهداشت استان گلستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق توصیفی، پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کارکنان اداری مراکز بهداشت استان گلستان به تعداد 869 نفر می‌باشد. حجم نمونه باتوجه به فرمول کوکران با دقت خطای 5 درصد تعداد 266 نفر برآورد شد. در تحقیق حاضر به منظور انتخاب نمونه مناسب از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای و ابزار آن پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد می‌باشد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط اساتید و روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها بر حسب فرضیه‌های این پژوهش، از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار smartpls استفاده شده است. نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد بین رهبری اخلاقی و رفتار شهروندی سبز کارکنان با توجه به نقش میانجی آگاهی زیست محیطی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد.

investigating the relationship between ethical leadership and green citizenship behavior of employees regarding the role of environmental awareness in health centers of golestan province.

in this research, the relationship between ethical leadership and green citizenship behavior of employees was investigated with regard to the role of environmental awareness in health centers of golestan province. this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive, survey and correlational in terms of research method. the statistical population of this research includes 869 administrative staff of health centers in golestan province. according to cochran s formula, the sample size was estimated to be 266 people with an error accuracy of 5%. in this research, simple random sampling method was used to select the appropriate sample. the method of data collection is field and library, and the tool is standard questionnaires. the content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the professors and the construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis. the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed using cronbach s alpha. in order to analyze the data according to the hypotheses of this research, the structural equation model method was used using smartpls software. the results of the structural equation model showed that there is a significant relationship between ethical leadership and green citizenship behavior of employees regarding the mediating role of environmental awareness.
