چکیده    The laguere polynomials represent a novel class of basis functions that adopted to solve a class of optimal ‎problems‎ ‎with time ‎de‎lay ‎‎governed ‎by ‎fredholm ‎integral ‎equation‎‎‎. ‎‎‎the corresponding operational matrices are computed to extend the solution of the problem in terms of the laguerre polynomials‎. ‎‎‎‎‎‎in order to demonstrate the applicability, ‎efficiency,‎ ‎and ‎high accuracy of the proposed method, one example has ‎investigated.‎‎‎
