روند وقوع مخاطرات آب و هوا شناختی مرتبط با تغییر اقلیم در ایران و اثرات ناشی از آن‌ها

تغییرات اقلیمی پیامدهای متعدد ناگواری در زندگی انسان‌ها داشته و سالیانه خسارات جانی، مالی، سلامتی بسیاری را موجب می‌شوند. این پژوهش به دنبال آن است که روند وقوع مخاطرات آب و هواشناختی مرتبط با تغییر اقلیم و اثرات ناشی از آن‌ها را در ایران، در طی هفتاد سال اخیر مورد بررسی قراردهد. در این پژوهش داده‌های مربوط به وقوع مخاطرات طبیعی با منشاء آب و هوایی و اثرات آن‌ها از پایگاه داده em-dat از سال 1950 تا سال 2021 استخراج شده و سپس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. در 70 سال گذشته، 249 بلای ناشی از مخاطرات طبیعی در ایران رخ داده است که از این تعداد 114مورد آن مرتبط با مخاطرات آب و هواشناختی بوده‌است. که سه مورد آن‌ها اقلیم‌شناختی، 97 مورد آب‌شناختی و 14 مورد آن هواشناختی بودند. این مخاطرات موجب مرگ91130 نفر، مصدومیت 2113 نفر و تحت تاثیر قرار گرفتن 51969641 نفر شده‌اند. کشور در اثر این مخاطرات متحمل 1715868000 هزار دلار خسارت شده است. تغییرات اقلیمی همه جنبه های زندگی را در جوامع تحت تاثیر قرار داده‌اند. از جمله این جنبه‌ها، مخاطرات ناشی از آن‌ها هستندکه به استناد یافته‌های این مقاله و همچنین شواهد موجود، فراوانی و شدت آن‌ها افزایش یافته است. بنابراین لازم است که مسئولین و سیاست‌گزاران و نهایتا آحاد جامعه در جهت پیشگیری، کاهش اثرات و آمادگی برای مقابله با وقوع آن‌ها اقدام نمایند.

human life is affected by climate change. these changes have had many negative consequences on human life. they cause many financial, and health losses every year. this research aimed to investigate the occurrence of climate change-related hydro meteorological hazards and their effects in iran during the past 70 years. in this cross-sectional research, the data related to the occurrence of natural hazards with the climatic origin and their effects have been extracted from the em-dat database from 1950 to 2021. in the last 70 years, 249 natural hazards induced disasters have occurred in iran, of which 114 were related to hydro meteorological hazards. three of them were climatological, 97 were hydrological, and 14 were meteorological. these hazards resulted in the death of 9130 people, in the jury of 2113. they have affected 51969641 people. as a result of them, the country has suffered 1715868000 dollars in damages. climate changes have affected all aspects of life in societies. among these aspects, there are hazards caused by them, which according to the findings of this article and also the available evidence, their frequency, and intensity have increased. therefore, it is necessary for officials and policymakers and finally members of society to act in order to prevent, reduce the effects and prepare to deal with their occurrence.
