بررسی تجزیه و تحلیل حوادث یک کارخانه صنعتی تولید فولاد (مطالعه موردی: واحد خدمات فنی و مهندسی)

مشکل درک حوادث در محل کار و همچنین علل و پیامدهای آن، از عناصر مهم برنامه ریزی و سازماندهی کار است. بنابراین بررسی داده های آماری حوادث ناشی از کار و نشان دادن مناطقی که این حوادث بیشتر در آنها رخ می دهد، مهم به نظر می رسد تا از طریق سازماندهی مناسب کار و ارائه اقدامات پیشگیرانه، احتمال وقوع آنها کاهش یابد یا حتی از بین برود. این پژوهش توصیفی مقطعی در سال 1402 بر روی حوادث بخشی از یک صنعت فولاد و واحد خدمات فنی و مهندسی در سال 1401 (فروردین آبان ماه) انجام شد. با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیل حوادث 22 نفر از 152 نفر شاغل در مجموعه طی یک سال در حوادث شغلی حادثه دیده بودند. به عبارت دیگر شاص درصد فراوانی شاغلین آسیب دیده 47/14 درصد بود. همه حوادث از نوع حادثه جزیی بوده و پرسنل بازگشت به کار شدند، تنها 1 حادثه شدید وجود داشت که روز از دست رفته کاری داشتند. یکی از علل بالا بودن حوادث این است که با توجه به خطرات شناسایی شده و ارزیابی ریسک پروژه ها 16/37 درصد، ریسک های موجود در پروژه از نوع h (ریسک بالا) و 95/34 درصد خطرات از نوع m (ریسک متوسط) هستند. ارزیابی ریسک بر اساس دستورالعمل واحد ایمنی کارفرما به روش fmea انجام شده است. با توجه به پروژه های متعدد، مشاغل مختلف و فعالیت های اجرایی تاکنون 452 ریسک شناسایی شده است.

investigating the analysis of accidents in an industrial steel production plant (case study: technical and engineering services unit)

the problem of understanding incidents at work, as well as their causes and consequences, is one of the important elements of work planning and organization. therefore, it seems important to examine the statistical data of accidents caused by work and to show the areas where these accidents occur more often, so that the possibility of their occurrence can be reduced or even eliminated through the proper organization of work and providing preventive measures. this cross-sectional descriptive research was conducted in 1402 on the incidents of a part of a steel industry and technical and engineering service unit in 1401 (april-november). according to the analysis of accidents, 22 people out of 152 people working in the complex had accidents at work in one year. in other words, the frequency index of injured workers was 14.47%. all the incidents were minor accidents and the personnel returned to work, there was only 1 serious incident that caused them to lose a day of work. one of the reasons for the high number of incidents is that according to the risks identified and the risk assessment of the projects, 37.16% of the risks in the project are of h type (high risk) and 34.95% of m type risks (moderate risk). are. the risk assessment is based on the instructions of the employer s safety unit using the fmea method. due to numerous projects, various jobs and executive activities, 452 risks have been identified so far.
