چکیده
|
مقاله حاضر به بررسی اهمیت و روش‌های بهبود نگهداری و تعمیرات در تجهیزات صنعتی می‌پردازد. در دسته‌بندی اصولی، این مقاله به مباحث مرتبط با پیشگیری و نگهداری پیشگیرانه، تعمیرات تصادفی، مدیریت دانش و تجربه، استفاده از فناوری و مدیریت عمرکاری می‌پردازد. در مبحث پیشگیری و نگهداری پیشگیرانه، روش‌ها و فواید از جمله افزایش عمر مفید تجهیزات و کاهش توقف‌های ناگهانی تولید بررسی می‌شوند. همچنین، تعمیرات تصادفی به عنوان رویکرد اصلاحی در مقابل مشکلات ناگهانی بیان می‌شود. مدیریت دانش و تجربه با تاکید بر اهمیت جمع‌آوری، سازماندهی و به اشتراک گذاری اطلاعات تجربیات تکنیسین‌ها مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. همچنین، نقش فناوری‌ها از جمله حسگرها، هوش مصنوعی و رباتیک در بهبود نگهداری و تعمیرات بیان می‌شود. در پایان، مدیریت عمرکاری به عنوان یک استراتژی کلان برای بهره‌گیری بهینه از تجهیزات در دوره زمانی از خرید تا بازنشستگی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. این مقاله به تاکید بر اهمیت ترکیب همه این عوامل برای افزایش کارایی و بهره‌وری در محیط‌های صنعتی می‌پردازد.

Abstract
|
this article examines the importance and methods of improving maintenance and repairs in industrial equipment. in the basic category, this article deals with topics related to prevention and preventive maintenance, accidental repairs, knowledge and experience management, technology use, and working life management. in the topic of prevention and preventive maintenance, methods and benefits, including increasing the useful life of equipment and reducing sudden stops of production, are reviewed. also, accidental repairs are expressed as a corrective approach to sudden problems. knowledge and experience management is examined by emphasizing the importance of collecting, organizing and sharing the information of technicians experiences. also, the role of technologies such as sensors, artificial intelligence and robotics in improving maintenance and repairs is stated. in the end, service life management is examined as a macro strategy for optimal use of equipment in the time period from purchase to retirement. this article emphasizes the importance of combining all these factors to increase efficiency and productivity in industrial environments
