مروری بر همکاری و ارتباط رایانش ابری و بیوانفورماتیک (فرصت‌ها، چالش‌ها، کاربردها)

در دهه‌های گذشته، با توسعه سریع فناوری‌های با توان بالا، تحقیقات زیست‌شناسی حجم بی‌سابقه‌ای از داده‌ها را تولید کرده است. به منظور ذخیره و پردازش چنین حجم عظیمی از داده ها، محاسبات ابری و mapreduce در بسیاری از زمینه های بیوانفورماتیک استفاده شد. در این مقاله، ابتدا مفاهیم اساسی رایانش ابری و mapreduce و کاربردهای آن ها در بیوانفورماتیک را معرفی می‌کنیم. سپس برخی از مشکلات به چالش کشیدن برنامه های محاسبات ابری و mapreduce در بیوانفورماتیک را برجسته می کنیم. در نهایت، ما یک دستورالعمل مختصر برای استفاده از محاسبات ابری در تحقیقات زیست‌شناسی ارائه می‌دهیم.

an overview of the cooperation and connection of cloud computing and bioinformatics (opportunities, challenges, applications)

in the past decades, with the rapid development of high-throughput technologies, biological research has generated an unprecedented amount of data. in order to store and process such a huge amount of data, cloud computing and mapreduce were used in many fields of bioinformatics. in this article, we first introduce the basic concepts of cloud computing and mapreduce and their applications in bioinformatics. then we highlight some of the challenges of cloud computing and mapreduce programs in bioinformatics. finally, we provide a brief guideline for the use of cloud computing in biological research.
