عارضه یابی سیستم مدیریت پروژه در جهت افزایش بهره وری

هدف از عارضه یابی، تشخیص مشکلات موجود در سازمان و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب و عملی برای رفع آنها و بهبود بهره وری در سازمان میباشد. هر زمان که یک سازمان با مشکلاتی نظیر: ضعف در عملکرد برخی بخش ها، واحدها یا بلوک های ارتباطی،ضعف در عملکرد کلی سازمان، شکست های مکرر سیستم مدیریتی یا یک فرآیند سازمانی، نقض مکرر یک هنجار سازمانی،کاهش رعایت نظم، افت کیفیت خروجی ها، افزایش غیبت از کار، افزایش درگیری بین بخش ها، و غیره مواجه شود، نیاز به عارضه یابی سازمانی برای بخشی از سازمان یا کل آن ضرورت مییابد . در واقع عارضه یابی سازمانی روشی موثر در بررسی سازمان برای تعیین شکاف بین عملکرد فعلی و مطلوب و چگونگی دستیابی به اهداف است. یکی از عوامل مهم جهت تحولات سازنده جمع آوری اطلاعات، شناخت مسائل و مشکلات سازمان است تا بتوان مشکلات پیشروی سازمان و تعیین علت آنها را مشخص کرد تا مدیریت سازمان بتواند راه حل های موثری را برنامه ریزی کند. هدف در این تحقیق شناسایی عارضه های کنونی سیستم مدیریت پروژه در شرکت لاوان تابلو و اولویت بندی آنها می باشد. نتایج نشان داد که بهبود تهیه گزارش های کنترل زمانبندی برای ارزیابی پیشرفت واقعی پروژه با برنامه و بهبود ارتباط در سطوح مختلف و استفاده از نرم افزار در اولویت رسیدگی جهت افزایش بهره وری شرکت قرار دارند.

troubleshooting the project management system to increase productivity

the purpose of troubleshooting is to identify the problems in the organization and provide suitable and practical solutions to solve them and improve the productivity of the organization. whenever an organization with problems such as: weakness in the performance of some departments, units or communication blocks, weakness in the overall performance of the organization, repeated failures of the management system or an organizational process, repeated violation of an organizational norm, decrease in compliance with order, drop in the quality of outputs, increase absence from work, increase in conflict between departments, etc., the need to diagnose organizational complications for a part of the organization or the whole organization becomes necessary. in fact, organizational problem solving is an effective method in examining the organization to determine the gap between the current and desired performance and how to achieve the goals. one of the important factors for constructive developments is gathering information, understanding the issues and problems of the organization in order to determine the problems of the organization s progress and determine their causes so that the management of the organization can plan effective solutions. the purpose of this research is to identify the current complications of the project management system in lavan tablo company and prioritize them. the results showed that improving the preparation of scheduling control reports to evaluate the real progress of the project with the program and improving communication at different levels and using the software are the priority to increase the productivity of the company.
