تاثیر اسکلارئول تخلیص شده از گیاه مریم گلی در مسیر استرس سیستم رتیکولواندوپلاسمیک در سلول های سرطانی معده رده ی انسانی mkn-45

چکیده در طی سال های اخیر، کاهش شیوع سرطان معده هنوز این بیماری بعنوان چهارمین عامل مرگ و میر ناشی از سرطان در دنیا مطرح است. متداول ترین درمان های سرطان ها ممکن است اندازه تومور را کاهش دهند، اما گذرا بوده و بر بقاء بیمار اثر مثبتی نداشته و احتمال عود بیماری هم وجود دارد. با توجه به اهمیت گیاهان دارویی در چند سال اخیر و همچنین کم بودن عوارض آن پس از مصرف در مقایسه با داروهای سنتتیک، در این تحقیق اثرات ترکیب اسکلارئول تخلیص شده از گیاه مریم گلی بر روی القاء استرس سیستم رتیکولو اندوپلاسمیک بررسی گردید.

abstract: in recent years, the reduction in the prevalence of stomach cancer is still considered the fourth cause of death caused by cancer in the world. the most common treatments for cancer may reduce the size of the tumor, but it is temporary and does not have a positive effect on the patient s survival. there is a possibility of disease recurrence. due to the importance of medicinal plants in the last few years, as well as the low side effects. this research investigated the effects of sclareol compound purified from sage plants on stress induction of the reticuloendoplasmic system after consumption compared to synthetic drugs.
