ریزریخت شناسی و فراساختار دانه گرده در جنس tulipa

در این مطالعه، خصوصیات ریزریخت شناسی و فراساختار دانه گرده ی گونه tulipa julia k.koch به وسیله میکروسکوپ نوری (lm)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی نگاره (sem) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی گذاره (tem) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج، صفات کمی ریز ریخت شناسی دانه گرده شامل طول محور استوایی و محور قطبی، شکل (oblate-spheroidal) و اندازه دانه گرده (متوسط)، تزیینات اگزین (rugulate-striate) و انتین (tuberculate) در نواحی مختلف دانه گرده مشخص گردید. از لحاظ فراساختار، ضخامت اجزی تشکیل دهنده دیواره دانه گرده (لایه اگزین شامل tectum، طول و عرض columellae ، foot layer و انتین) اندازه گیری شد. همچنین در گونه مذکور لایه اند اگزین مشاهده نگردید. با توجه به اطلاعات به دست آمده از نتایج این بررسی ویژگی های گرده شناسی در تاکسون مورد بررسی منحصر به فرد بوده و به طور بالقوه دارای ارزش تاکسونومیک است.

pollen micromorphology and ultrastructure of tulipa

abstract in this study, micromorphological characteristics and ultrastructure of pollen grains of tulipa julia k.koch were evaluated by light microscope (lm), scanning electron microscope (sem) and transmission electron microscope (tem). based on the results, the quantitative micromorphological characteristics were determined such as the length of equatorial axis and polar axis, shape (oblate-spheroidal) and size of pollen grain (medium), exine ornamentation (rugulate-striate) and intine ornamentation (tuberculate) in different parts of pollens. in terms of ultrastructure, the thickness of the components of the pollen grain wall (exine layer including tectum, length and width of columellae, foot layer and intine layer) was measured. also, no endexine layer was observed in the mentioned species. according to the information obtained from the results of this study, the palynological characteristics of the studied taxon are unique and potentially have taxonomic value.
