بررسی تاثیر مدیریت مالی آنلاین بر گسترش مالی و تجاری سازمان ها با میانجی گری رشد اقتصادی

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر مدیریت مالی آنلاین بر گسترش مالی و تجاری سازمان ها با میانجی گری رشد اقتصادی می باشد. در این تحقیق به اهم عوامل موثر تحت کنترل مدیریت بر گسترش مالی و تجاری سازمان ها با میانجی گری رشد اقتصادی تاکید شده است و مورد مطالعه، مدیریت شرکت مهندسی فراب وابسته به وزارت نیرو فعالیت در حوزه نیروگاه های آبی و حرارتی داخلی و برون مرزی، برای سالهای 1397-1401 است. داده‌ها و اطلاعات تحقیق از طریق کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه گردآوری شده است؛ در این تحقیق شش عامل حجم سپرده، مدیریت تسهیلات، مدیریت نقدینگی، ریسک اعتباری، مدیریت هزینه و تعادل بین منابع و مصارف بعنوان متغیر مستقل و گسترش مالی و تجاری سازمان ها با میانجی گری رشد اقتصادی بعنوان متغیر وابسته تلقی گردیده است؛ به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی استفاده شده است.. نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که بین همه متغیرهای مستقل (به جز متغیر مدیریت تسهیلات) با گسترش مالی و تجاری سازمان ها با میانجی گری رشد اقتصادی، همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد که متغیرهای مدیریت نقدینگی و تعادل بین منابع و مصارف رابطه مستقیم و متغیرهای حجم سپرده، ریسک اعتباری و مدیریت هزینه رابطه معکوس با گسترش مالی و تجاری سازمان ها با میانجی گری رشد اقتصادی دارند.

investigating the impact of online financial management on the financial and commercial expansion of organizations by mediating economic growth

the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of online financial management on the financial and commercial expansion of organizations by mediating economic growth. in this research, the most important effective factors under the control of the management on the financial and commercial expansion of organizations through the mediation of economic growth have been emphasized, and the subject of study is the management of farab engineering company, affiliated to the ministry of energy, operating in the field of domestic and overseas hydro and thermal power plants. it is for the years 1397-1401. research data and information have been collected through library and interview; in this research, six factors of deposit volume, facility management, liquidity management, credit risk, cost management and balance between resources and expenses are considered as independent variables and the financial and commercial development of organizations with the mediation of economic growth as a dependent variable; in order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics have been used. the results of this research indicate that there is a relationship between all the independent variables (except for the facility management variable) with the financial and commercial expansion of organizations with the mediation of economic growth. there is a significant correlation that the variables of liquidity management and the balance between resources and expenses have a direct relationship and the variables of deposit volume, credit risk and cost management have an inverse relationship with the financial and commercial expansion of organizations through the mediation of economic growth.
