نقش مدیریت ریسک در زنجیره تامین پایدار بر تحقق مزیت رقابتی سازمانی

در این تحقیق با توجه به اهمیت مسئله مالی برای شرکت ها، بحث پایداری زنجیره‌تامین وارتباط همزمان آن به ابعاد مختلف مدیریت زنجیره تامین بررسی شده است ، از طرف دیگر بررسی نقش توانمندسازها در این رابطه از موارد دیگری است که در مدل اصلی تحقیق به آن پرداخته می شود. هدف اصلی این تحقیق نقش مدیریتی ریسک در زنجیره تامین پایدار بر تحقق مزیت رقابتی سازمانی در صنعت فرش دستباف ایران می باشد. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی می‌باشد. در این تحقیق بعد از شناسایی سنجه های پایداری، سنجه های مدیریت زنجیره تامین و توانمندسازهای زنجیره، با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی آن ها را مورد جرح و تعدیل قرار داده شد. در مرحله دوم پرسشنامه ای بر مبنای طیف لیکرت طراحی گردید و بین 217 شرکت دارای بیش از 50 نفر کارگر در زنجیره تامین صنعت فرش دستباف توزیع گردید. سپس سنجه های مدیریت و توانمندسازهای زنجیره با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی دسته‌بندی شدند. در نهایت با استفاده از نرم افزار آموس به بررسی مدل تحقیق پرداخته شد. با توجه به مدل نهایی تحقیق مشخص شد که توانمندسازها دارای تاثیر مستقیم روی پایداری نیستند و از طریق مدیریت روی پایداری تاثیر دارند. به عبارت دیگر مدیریت نقش میانجی را بین توانمندسازها و پایداری ایفا میکند. از بین توانمندسازها از نظر اهیمت، مدیریت دانش و اطلاعات و روابط مناسب از مابقی عوامل مهمتر بود. تفاوت اهمیت بین عوامل مدیریت زنجیره تامین و ابعاد پایداری معنادار نبود.

the role of risk management in sustainable supply chain on realizing organizational competitive advantage

in this research, due to the importance of financial issues for companies, the issue of supply chain sustainability and its simultaneous connection to various aspects of supply chain management has been examined, on the other hand, the role of enablers in this regard is one of the other issues that have been addressed in the main model of the research. will be the main purpose of this research is the role of risk management in the sustainable supply chain on the realization of organizational competitive advantage in the handwoven carpet industry of iran. this research is descriptive-correlation type. in this research, after identifying sustainability indicators, supply chain management indicators and chain enablers were examined and modified using delphi technique. in the second stage, a questionnaire based on the likert scale was designed and distributed among 217 companies with more than 50 workers in the supply chain of the handwoven carpet industry. then, management metrics and enablers of the chain were categorized using exploratory factor analysis. finally, the research model was investigated using amos software. according to the final model of the research, it was found that the enablers do not have a direct effect on sustainability and they have an effect on sustainability through management. in other words, management plays the role of mediator between enablers and sustainability. among the enablers in terms of importance, knowledge and information management and appropriate relationships were more important than the rest of the factors. the difference in importance between supply chain management factors and sustainability dimensions was not significant.
