اهمیت هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت ریسک پروژه‌های صنعت پتروشیمی

ریسک‌ها به دلیل عدم آگاهی از وقایع آینده اتفاق می‌افتند و این عدم قطعیت‌ها، منجر به ایجاد فاصله بین آنچه اتفاق می‌افتد و آنچه یک شرکت برنامه‌ریزی کرده است، می‌شود. در صنعت پتروشیمی، مدیریت ریسک یکی از چالش‌های اساسی است که در هر مرحله از زنجیره تامین و تولید، از طراحی و ساخت تا بهره‌برداری، باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. هوش مصنوعی امکان استفاده از الگوریتم‌ها و مدل‌های پیشرفته را در تحلیل داده‌ها و پیش‌بینی ریسک‌ها در پروژه‌های پتروشیمی فراهم می‌کند. به همین دلیل، هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت ریسک پروژه دارای اهمیت ویژه ای می باشد و کاربرد زیادی در این حوزه دارد و در این مطالعه به بررسی اهمیت هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت ریسک پروژه های صنعت پتروشیمی می پردازیم. این پژوهش از نوع تشریحی می باشد و از منظر هدف پژوهش از نوع کاربردی می باشد. روش پژوهش بر اساس نحوه گرد آوری داده ها، از نوع توصیفی و کتابخانه ای می باشد. نتایج نشان می دهد که ابزارهای مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی به مدیران پروژه در صنایع پتروشیمی در انجام کارهای مختلف در هر مرحله از روند برنامه‌ریزی پروژه کمک می‌کنند. استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت پروژه، منافع قابل توجهی را نه تنها در خودکارسازی امور اداری و فعالیت های کم ارزش، بلکه حتی هوش مصنوعی و سایر فناوری های تحول آفرین می توانند به پروژه ها کمک کنند تا رهبران و مدیران پروژه، پروژه های موفق تری را انتخاب، تعریف و اجرا کنند و مدیریت ریسک هوشمندانه و بهینه را انجام دهند.

risks occur due to the lack of knowledge of future events, and these uncertainties lead to a gap between what happens and what a company has planned. in the petrochemical industry, risk management is one of the basic challenges that must be considered at every stage of the supply and production chain, from design and construction to operation. artificial intelligence enables the use of advanced algorithms and models in data analysis and risk prediction in petrochemical projects. for this reason, artificial intelligence is of special importance in project risk management and is widely used in this field, and in this study we investigate the importance of artificial intelligence in risk management of petrochemical industry projects. this research is descriptive and from the point of view of the purpose of the research, it is of applied type. the research method is based on the method of data collection, descriptive and library type. the results show that artificial intelligence-based tools help project managers in petrochemical industries in performing various tasks at each stage of the project planning process. the use of artificial intelligence in project management has significant benefits, not only in automating administrative tasks and low-value activities, but even artificial intelligence and other transformative technologies can help projects so that project leaders and managers, successful projects. select, define and implement a strategy and perform intelligent and optimal risk management.
