بکار گیری هوش مصنوعی در بخش نگهداری و تعمیرات ساختمان

با توجه به پیشرفت تکنولوژی ، امروزه هوش مصنوعی به طور فزاینده ای در بخش های مختلف نگهداری ساختمان جهت بهبود کیفیت انجام فرآیندهای نگهداری ساختمانها می تواند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. علیرغم مزایای بالقوه هوش مصنوعی در صنعت ساختمان، این صنعت کماکان در مراحل اولیه پذیرش و درک کامل کاربرد های این فناوری می باشد. به‌طور حتم می‌توان بیان نمود تمامی ساختمان‌ها پس از ساخت نیازمند نگهداری و تعمیر علمی و فنی می‌باشند. لذا با ادامه پیشرفت فناوری انتظار می‌رود هوش مصنوعی به بخشی جدایی ناپذیر از صنعت ساختمان تبدیل شود و در بخش نگهداری ساختمان به بهبود کارایی، کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش نتایج عملکرد آن کمک کند. ازاین‌رو شناخت این فناوری و نحوه کاربرد این سیستم در صنعت ساختمان نقش مهمی در هزینه و طول عمر ساختمان در زمان بهره‌برداری خواهد داشت. با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی می توان در بخش نگهداری و تعمیر تجهیزات ساختمان اقدام به پیش بینی خرابی تجهیزات و گسترش سیستم های هوشمند نگهداری ساختمان پرداخت و با استفاده از این فن آوری بهره وری ساختمان ها را بهبود ببخشید. در نتیجه می توان از هوش مصنوعی جهت شناسایی خرابی ها و زمان مناسب نگهداری و تعمیر تجهیزات ساختمان استفاده نمود. در این پژوهش به بررسی کاربرد فنآوری هوش مصنوعی در بخش نگهداری و تعمیرات ساختمان پرداخته شده است.

due to the advancement of technology, nowadays artificial intelligence can be increasingly used in different parts of building maintenance to improve the quality of building maintenance processes. despite the potential benefits of artificial intelligence in the construction industry, this industry is still in the early stages of accepting and fully understanding the applications of this technology. it can be stated that all buildings need scientific and technical maintenance and repair after construction. therefore, with the continued development of technology, it is expected that artificial intelligence will become an integral part of the construction industry and help improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase performance results in the building maintenance sector. therefore, knowing this technology and how to use this system in the construction industry will play an important role in the cost and lifespan of the building at the time of operation. by using artificial intelligence, in the maintenance and repair of building equipment, it is possible to predict equipment failure, expand intelligent building maintenance systems, and improve the productivity of buildings by using this technology. as a result, artificial intelligence can be used to identify failures and the right time to maintain and repair building equipment. in this research, the use of artificial intelligence technology in building maintenance and repairs has been investigated.
