بررسی تاثیر اقدامات و محدودیت‌های اعمال‌شده کشورها بر روند گسترش و شیوع بیماری کووید 19 با استفاده از روش‌های داده‌کاوی

در این مقاله، تاثیر اقدامات و محدودیتهای اعمالشده کشورها بر روند گسترش و شیوع بیماری کووید ١٩ با استفاده از جمعآوری داده ها از منابع معتبر و آمار مبتلایان و مرگ ومیرها بررسی شده است. اقداماتی مانند سختگیری کلی دولت، محدودیت رفت و آمدهای داخلی، لغو رویدادهای عمومی، محدودیت تجمعات عمومی، محدودیت حمل و نقل عمومی و بستن مدارس برای ده کشور ایران، افغانستان، بحرین، مصر، عراق، کویت، عمان، قطر، عربستان سعودی و امارات متحده عربی در نظر گرفته شده است و با استفاده از روشهای داده کاوی، ماتریس همبستگی تاثیر این شش اقدام در میزان مبتلایان و مرگ و میرها بدست آمده است. بهترین نتایج و تاثیر آن در تعداد مبتلایان و مرگ و میر در دو سیاست سختگیری کلی دولت و محدودیت رفت وآمدهای داخلی کشور کویت، در مورد لغو رویدادهای عمومی کشور قطر، در محدودیت تجمعات عمومی کشور امارات متحده عربی، در محدودیت حمل و نقل عمومی کشور عراق و در بستن مدارس کشور مصر داشته اند. نتایج ماتریس همبستگی نشان میدهند که در کشور ایران، موثرترین سیاست جهت کنترل بیماری، محدودیت حمل و نقل عمومی با مقدار 0/65- و کم اثرگذارترین سیاست، محدودیت تجمعات عمومی با مقدار 0/64+ بوده است

investigating the impact of countries’ restrictive measures on the spread of covid-19 disease using data mining methods

in this paper, the effect of the measures and restrictions applied by the countries on the spread of the covid-19 disease has been investigated using data collection from reliable sources and the statistics of patients and deaths. measures such as the general strictness of the government, the restriction on internal travel, the cancellation of public events, the restriction on public gatherings, the restriction on public transportation and closing schools for ten countries, iran, afghanistan, bahrain, egypt, iraq, kuwait, oman, qatar, saudi arabia and the united arab emirates is considered, and by using data mining methods, the correlation matrix of the effect of these six measures on the number of patients and deaths has been obtained. the best results and its effect on the number of patients and deaths have been in the two policies of the general strictness of the government and the restriction of internal travel in the country of kuwait, the cancellation of public events in the country of qatar, the restriction of public gatherings in the united arab emirates, the restriction of public transportation in the country iraq, and closing schools in egypt. the results of the correlation matrix show that in iran, the most effective policy to control the disease was the restriction of public transportation with a value of -0.65 and the least effective policy was the restriction of public gatherings with a value of +0.64
