ظهور بلاکچین در سیستم های مراقبت بهداشتی: معماری، الگوریتم های اجماع، چالش ها و رویکردهای آینده

در سالهای اخیر فناوری بلاکچین به دلیل فراهم آوردن قابلیت های مختلفی از جمله یکپارچگی داده و تنوع بکارگیری در حوزه های مختلف، توجه بسیاری از پژوهشگران و متخصصان را به خود جلب کرده است. بلاکچین با توجه به ماهیت خود در غیرمتمرکزسازی داده ها، بستری قابل ملاحظه را فراهم کرده تا برنامه های متنوع مالی، تجاری و همچنین سیستم های مراقبت بهداشتی در معماری خود از این فناوری بهره ببرند. در عین حال، امنیت، حفظ حریم خصوصی و مقیاس پذیری از جمله مواردی است که هنوز به طور کامل مرتفع نشده است. این مقاله مروری بر پژوهش های انجام شده در کاربرد فناوری بلاکچین در حوزه مراقبت های بهداشتی است. این مطالعه ضمن ارائه یک طرح کلی از معماری و طبقه‌بندی‌های بلاکچین برای انتخاب پلتفرم مناسب در برنامه‌های بهداشتی، موارد استفاده از بلاکچین را در جهان مورد بررسی قرار داده است. هدف از این مطالعه روشن ساختن مسیر متخصصان، در تلفیق فناوری بلاکچین در سیستم های مراقبت بهداشتی با تمرکز بر انتخاب الگوریتم اجماع مناسب می باشد. بعلاوه، چالش‌های امنیتی و فرصت‌های تحقیقاتی آتی در بکارگیری این فناوری ارائه شده‌اند تا دیدگاهی موشکافانه تر و روشن تر را برای تحقیقات آینده، به ویژه در ایران، ارائه دهد.

the emergence of blockchain in health care systems: architecture, consensus algorithms, challenges and future approaches

in recent years, blockchain technology has attracted the attention of many researchers and experts due to providing various capabilities, including data integrity and diversity of use in various fields. due to its nature in data decentralization, blockchain has provided a significant platform for various financial and commercial programs as well as healthcare systems to benefit from this technology in their architecture. at the same time, security, privacy, scalability, as well as maintaining the decentralized nature of blockchain are among the issues that have not yet been fully resolved. this article is an overview of the researches conducted in the application of blockchain technology in the field of healthcare. while providing an overview of blockchain architecture and classifications for choosing the right platform in health programs, this study has examined the use cases of blockchain in the world. the purpose of this study is to clarify the path of experts in the integration of blockchain technology in healthcare systems, focusing on choosing the appropriate consensus algorithm. in addition, security challenges and future research opportunities in the application of this technology are presented to provide a more nuanced and enlightened perspective for future research, especially in iran.
