اهمیت فناوری رباتیک در مدیریت ریسک در صنعت پتروشیمی

امروزه ربات‌ها به طور گسترده‌ای در صنعت به خصوص صنایع پتروشیمی، مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند و در بخش بزرگی از فرآیند تولید به یک عنصر ضروری تبدیل شده‌اند. تعداد زیادی از تولید کنندگان برای بهبود بهره‌وری و کیفیت محصولات و کاهش ریسک، به ربات‌ها متکی هستند. رباتیک به عنوان زیرمجموعه هوش مصنوعی، قادر به انجام مجموعه پیچیده‌ ای از اقدامات خودکار و کارهای برنامه‌ ریزی شده توسط رایانه است .در این مطالعه به بررسی اهمیت فناوری رباتیک در مدیریت ریسک در صنعت پتروشیمی می پردازیم. این پژوهش از نوع تشریحی می باشد و از منظر هدف پژوهش از نوع کاربردی می باشد. روش پژوهش بر اساس نحوه گرد آوری داده ها، از نوع توصیفی و کتابخانه ای می باشد. نتایج نشان می دهد که در صنایع و فعالیت های گوناگون کاربرد و استفاده از ربات ها در حال گسترش است. باید صنعت پتروشیمی از ربات ها برای کاهش ریسک و افزایش بازدهی عملیات های گوناگون بهره گیرد. می توان با استفاده از این فرصت در صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی کشور، ضمن صرفه جویی در هزینه و وقت، ایمنی و دقت عمل را افزایش و ریسک ها را داد.

the importance of robotic technology in risk management in the petrochemical industry

today, robots are widely used in industry, especially petrochemical industries, and have become an essential element in a large part of the production process. a large number of manufacturers rely on robots to improve productivity and product quality and reduce risk. robotics, as a subset of artificial intelligence, is capable of performing a complex set of automatic actions and programmed tasks by computer. in this study, we examine the importance of robotics technology in risk management in the petrochemical industry. this research is descriptive and from the point of view of the purpose of the research, it is of applied type. the research method is based on the method of data collection, descriptive and library type. the results show that the use of robots is expanding in various industries and activities. the petrochemical industry should use robots to reduce risk and increase the efficiency of various operations. it is possible to use this opportunity in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry of the country, while saving money and time, increase the safety and accuracy of the operation and reduce the risks.
