Aim and background: despite of the nsaids therapeutic performance, they may have side effects on human body and high dosage consumption of them may make toxicity. thus, measurement of trace amounts of these drugs in biological fluid samples such as human blood plasma is very important.methods: herein, a sensitive and fast voltametric biosensor (printed circuit board fiber/(polyurethane/fumed silica/di iso butyl adipate/calcium carbonate) electrospun nanofibers)/ boron-nitrogen-sulfur-reduced graphene oxide ((pcbf/(pu/fs/diba/caco3) electrospun nanofibers/(b-n-s) rgo was developed for measuring of six nsaids including: celecoxib, mefenamic acid, acetaminophen, naproxen, ibuprofen, and caffeine, simultaneously. results and discussion: the (pu/fs/diba/caco3) electrospun nanofibers/(b-n-s) rgo nanocomposite was characterized with fourier transform-infrared (ft-ir), field emission-scanning electron microscopy (fe-sem), energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy with elemental mapping analysis (eds-mapping), and x-ray diffraction (xrd) and so; the synthesis of composite was approved. the influential factors on this electrochemical biosensor were optimized by design expert software. according to optimum conditions, a wide linear range (0.5-600 µm) and low detection limit (0.15-0.3 µm) based on s/n=3 were acquired. finally, the efficiency of the electrochemical biosensor method was evaluated to determine the presence of these six nsaids in human plasma samples with good recoveries.conclusion: the sensitive diagnostician of six nsaids was accomplished, simultaneously, for first time with a novel and fast electrochemical biosensor in the human blood plasma samples.
