   the effect of zno, feo, mno, cuo nanoparticles on the pre-parasitic stage larvae of trichostrongylides in the digestive system of small ruminants

چکیده    Aim and background: approximately 24% of the total human population and approximately 90-100% of the animal population are infected with gastrointestinal parasitic diseases in recent years, nanoparticles have been considered as an anthelmintic agentmethods: after collecting feces from slaughterhouses, 6 grams of homogenized feces with epg contaminated with trichostrongylide eggs were poured into each container. then, they were cultured for two days at 22-25 degrees celsius until the eggs were transformed into l1 and l2 stage larvae. then nanoparticles of feo,cuo,mno,zno in concentration 0.02, 0.04 and 0.06 mg in 1 ml of distilled water were sonicated using an ultrasonic device to increase the contact surface of the nanoparticles with the larvae, and were sprayed on the feces using a water sprayer and cultured for 14 days. after 14 days, they were placed in bremen and live and dead larvae were counted based on their movement and their mortality percentage was calculated under the light microscoperesults and discussion: nanoparticles, mno, feo, cuo had a significant capacity in this study. the death and iron nanoparticle had the highest effect (100%) and the mno nanoparticle had the lowest effect (6.57%)conclusion:. nematodes no longer respond favorably to existing drugs due to the resistance caused by excessive and frequent use of anthelmintic drugs as shown in this study. in the pre-parasitic stages and just before the time when the ruminants become ill and cause a decrease in productivity and livestock quality these nanoparticles have been able to have a significant effect on the pre-parasitic stages of the trichostrongylide family.
