چکیده    Aim and background: due to the increasing of transgenic food products, concerns about the undetected health complications of these products leads to dissatisfaction of consumers to use. it has opened up the space for fraud and adulteration in transgenic food labeling. the design and development of new fast, precise, and preferably portable methods for identifying transgenic products adulteration is one of the major challenges in food safety. nanotechnology approaches based on biophysical and biochemical characteristics of nanoparticles is best candidate to achievement to this. methods: design and development of a spr- based nanomolecular detection assay for identification of transgenic soybean with naked-eye using dna isothermal amplification and spr effect of nanoparticles has been reported. results and discussion: result shows that spr- based nanomolecular detection assay based on spr effect has significant reduction in detection time for assay and improved the limit of detection compared to gold standard (pcr) and has removed the need for specialized instruments to results analyze.conclusion: rapid and naked eye nanomolecular detection method to identify transgenic soybean products does not require expensive laboratory equipment. by using this product, it is possible to detect the transgenic soybeans in a very short period and without the need for special and advanced devices and special skills or experts, with high sensitivity and specificity. this method can be easily used by food safety inspectors in field.
