چکیده    The aim of this research is to develop an eco-friendly method using extracts from calotropis procera leaves to recycle direct reduction iron sludge and produce magnetite iron nanoparticles (fe2o3nps). these nanoparticles are then incorporated into diatomite (d) pores to create a durable and stable composite material called fe2o3nps-d. to confirm the formation of fe2o3nps, various techniques such as uv-vis, ftir, particle size analysis, and color observation were employed. the presence of surface plasmon bands within the 300 nm range confirms the successful formation of fe2o3nps, with an impressive conversion rate of approximately 95% of iron. by utilizing a 1 mm fe3+ concentration and stirring for 1 hour at 80 °c, the smallest particle size of fe2o3nps, measuring 30 nm, was achieved. the colloidal fe2o3nps remained stable for up to 7 days. the adoption of this 'green' technology for loading fe2o3nps is expected to enhance the biomedical applications of diatomite.
