نقش تدریس خلاق در یادگیری و پیشرفت دانش آموزان

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش تدریس خلاق در یادگیری و پیشرفت دانش آموزان است. روش انجام این پژوهش به صورت مروری اسنادی می باشد. مهم ترین مولفه ی معلم در زمینه فرایند تدریس، انتخاب شیوه های تدریس مناسب است. معلمان باید روشهای تدریس خلاق را بشناسند و از آنها در کار خویش بهره ببرند. آموزش خلاقیت به معلمان می تواند زمینه ساز تقویت مهارت های تدریس آنها را فراهم نماید. پیشنهاد می گردد برای معلمان و والدین دوره هایی آموزشی جهت آگاهی در زمینه تدریس خلاق برگزار شود تا بتوانند راهکارهای عملی بهتری در تدریس داشته باشند.

the purpose of this research is to investigate the role of creative teaching in students learning and progress. the method of conducting this research is a documentary review. the most important component of the teacher in the field of teaching process is choosing appropriate teaching methods. teachers should know creative teaching methods and use them in their work. teaching creativity to teachers can provide the basis for strengthening their teaching skills. it is suggested that training courses be held for teachers and parents to learn about creative teaching so that they can have better practical solutions in teaching.
