بررسی استعدادها و نیازهای نوجوانان و جوانان

دوره نوجوانی و جوانی مهم ترین دوران زندگی انسان است و توجه به اهمیت آین دوران در آینده فرد نقش مهم و اساسی دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه تحلیلی جامع از جنبه‌های مختلف مربوط به نیازها و استعدادهای نوجوانان و جوانان است و روش این تحقیق، توصیفی _تحلیلی است و روش گردآوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه ای-اسنادی و مقالات موجود در سایت های معتبر بوده و درصدد است به این سوال پژوهش پاسخ دهد که از چه راه هایی می توان استعدادها و نیازهای نوجوانان و جوانان را کشف و شناسایی کرد ؟ یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که نوجوانان و جوانان، والدین و مدرسه، هم چنین، جامعه و همسالان نقش زیادی در کشف و پرورش استعداد ها و نیازهای نوجوانان و جوانان دارند و هریک از آنان می توانند زمینه رشد و هدایت استعدادهای آنها را فراهم نمایند.

adolescence and youth are the most important periods of human life, and paying attention to the importance of this period plays an important and essential role in a person s future. the aim of the current research is to provide a comprehensive analysis of various aspects related to the needs and talents of teenagers and young people, and the research method of this research is descriptive-analytical, and the method of collecting information is library-documents and articles available in reliable sites and aims to the research question should be answered, what are the ways to discover and identify the talents and needs of teenagers and young people? the findings of the research show that teenagers and young people, parents and schools, as well as society and peers play a big role in discovering and nurturing the talents and needs of teenagers and young people, and each of them can provide a context for the growth and guidance of their talents.
