توصیف ویژگی‌های دانش‌آموزان دارای نقص توجه و تمرکز با ارائه راهبرد‌های آموزشی موثر

نقص توجه و تمرکز یکی ازاختلالات شایع دوران کودکی و بزرگسالی است. با توجه به اینکه یکی ازعوامل مهم در امر آموزش و یادگیری، میزان توجه و تمرکز یادگیرندگان است؛ لذا ضعف در مهارت‌های توجه و تمرکز، موجب مشکلات شایعی نظیر کاهش عملکرد تحصیلی، بروزاختلالات یادگیری، آشفتگی، عدم اعتماد به نفس و همچنین ناتوانی در موقعیت‌های شغلی و اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان خواهد شد و می‌تواند برمهارت‌های ارتباطی آن‌ها در بزرگسالی تاثیر منفی بگذارد؛ بنابراین تشخیص به موقع و کمک به این دانش‌آموزان از بروز بسیاری از مشکلات جلوگیری می‌کند. در اغلب موارد دانش‌آموزان دارای نقص توجه و تمرکز در مدرسه، کم‌حوصله، بی‌دقت و بی‌انگیزه هستند و با مشکلاتی در زمینه‌های دیکته نویسی، ریاضیات، خواندن و... مواجه می‌شوند. این مشکلات می‌تواند به گونه‌های دیگر نظیر حواس‌پرتی، توجه نکردن به صحبت‌های معلم، عدم درک مطلب، مشکلاتی در حافظه‌ی فعال نظیر فهمیدن، استدلال و سازماندهی بروز یابد. از آنجایی که کودکان ساعات زیادی را در مدرسه به سر می‌برند و به واسطه اینکه معلم از طریق تدریس، اطلاعات آموزشی و رفتاری قابل ملاحظه‌ای در مورد کودکان دارد؛ با شناخت ویژگی‌های دانش‌آموزان دارای نقص توجه و تمرکز، تشخیص، آگاه‌سازی والدین و ارجاع به موقع به این دانش‌آموزان کمک کرده و همچنین در حد توان در امر آموزش از راهبردهای موثر جهت کمک به آن‌ها استفاده نماید. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای، ضمن تعریف توجه و تمرکز و تبیین ویژگی‌های این دانش‌آموزان، مهم‌ترین راهکارها جهت آموزش کارآمد و موثرتر ارائه شده است.

deficiency of attention and concentration is one of the common disorders of childhood and adulthood. considering that one of the important factors in teaching and learning is the level of attention and concentration of learners; therefore, weakness in attention and concentration skills will cause common problems such as reduced academic performance, learning disorders, confusion, lack of self-confidence, as well as inability in students job and social situations, and it can negatively affect their communication skills in adulthood;therefore, timely diagnosis and helping these students prevent many problems from occurring. in most cases, students have a lack of attention and concentration in school, are bored, careless and unmotivated and face problems in the fields of dictation, mathematics, reading, etc.these problems can appear in other ways such as distraction, not paying attention to the teacher s words, lack of understanding, problems in active memory such as understanding, reasoning and organization. since children spend many hours in school and because the teacher has considerable educational and behavioral information about children through teaching; by knowing the characteristics of students with attention and concentration deficits, diagnosis, informing parents and timely referral help these students and also use effective strategies to help them as much as possible in education. in this research, using the library method, while defining attention and concentration and explaining the characteristics of these students, the most important solutions for efficient and effective education have been presented.
