بررسی انتخاب سیستم بهینه سقف برای کاربری های مختلف در پروژه های ساختمانی

امروزه با معرفی انواع سیستم‌های نوین ساختمانی، تصمیم‌گیری جهت بکارگیری سیستم سقف مناسب هر پروژه، امری چالش برانگیز در مدیریت ساخت محسوب می‌گردد. وظیفه تیم مدیریتی، انتخاب سیستمی براساس معیارهای مختلف اقتصادی، فنی، اجتماعی و نتیجتا انتخابی همه جانبه است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی سیستم بهینه سقف از میان سیستم‌های متداول تیرچه‌بلوک، عرشه فولادی، وافل یک‌طرفه/ دوطرفه و دال بتنی برای کاربری‌های گوناگون، در اسکلت‌های فلزی و بتنی و در رده میان‌مرتبه می‌باشد؛ در این مسیر با بهره‌گیری از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، میدانی و روش تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره، انتخاب سیستم بهینه سقف از میان تمامی گزینه‌ها، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌است.

study the selection of the optimal roof system for different uses in construction projects

today, with the introduction of new building systems to the construction industry, deciding to use the appropriate roof system for each project is considered a challenging issue in construction management.the task of the management team is to select a system based on various economic, technical, and social criteria, and as a result, make an all-round selection.the purpose of this research is to investigate the optimal roof system among the common systems of beam block, steel deck, one-sided/double-sided waffle and concrete slab for various uses in the middle class; in this way, by using library and field studies and multi-criteria decision-making method, the selection of the optimal roof system among all options has been investigated.
