بررسی معاینه فنی در یک دهه گذشته بر تصادفات شهر تهران

کاهش تصادفت به علت نقص فنی خودرو به دلایل مختلفی از جمله پیشرفت صنعت خودرو و قوانین که در رابطه با معاینه فنی و بالا رفتن استاندارد های خودرو صورت گرفته است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از آمار توصیفی ، همبستگی و رگرسیون و استفاده از اطلاعات گزارشات مراکز معاینه فنی و آمار تصادفات پلیس راهور تهران ،به ارتباط ایمنی با مراجعات مراکز معاینه فنی در شهر تهران پرداخته شده است. از حدود 8/1 میلیون خودرو که در شهر تهران به مراکز معاینه فنی مراجعه میکنند، سهم مردودی در معاینه فنی بیشتر مربوط به آلایندگی است که حدود 30% است پس از آن 28% مربوط به عیوب ظاهری و مردودی انحراف ترمز و محور خودرو 18% است. یک سوم تصادفات به دلیل عدم توجه به جلو است .سهم بالای دیگر عدم راعایت حق تقدم است که 16% است و علت دیگر تغیر مسیر ناگهانی است. اما در مورد مشکلات و نقص وسیله نقلیه در تصادفات تنها دو مورد در گزارشات پلیس است که عبارت است ،نقص فنی که کمتر از یک درصد است و نقص فنی مستمر وسیله نقلیه که کمتر از 1/0% است.در تحلیل همبستگی ارتباط نقص ایمنی منجر به تصادف و مراجعات معاینه فنی این دو متغیر همبستگی منفی 76/0- و با سطح معناداری کمتر 05/0 مورد تائید است. با استفاده از مدل سازی رگرسیون با مقدار 76/0r2= نتیجه شد در هر سال نرخ تصادفات به مراجعات به مراکز معاینه فنی با شیب یک درصد در حال کاهش است.

investigation of technical examination in the last decade on accidents in tehran

the reduction of accidents due to the technical defects of the car for various reasons, including the progress of the car industry and the laws that have been made in relation to the technical examination and the increase in car standards. in this research, by using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression and using information from technical inspection center reports and tehran traffic police accident statistics, the relationship between safety and technical inspection center referrals in tehran city has been discussed. out of about 1.8 million cars that go to technical inspection centers in tehran, the share of rejections in technical inspection is mostly related to pollution, which is about 30%, after that 28% is related to appearance defects and rejections, brake deviation and vehicle axis 18 % is. one third of accidents are due to not paying attention to the front. the other high share is not respecting the right of way, which is 16%, and another reason is sudden lane change. but regarding the problems and defects of the vehicle in accidents, there are only two cases in the police reports, which are technical defects that are less than 1% and continuous technical defects of the vehicle that are less than 0.1%. in the correlation analysis, the relationship between safety defects the negative correlation of these two variables leading to accidents and technical examination referrals is -0.76 and is confirmed with a lower significance level of 0.05. using regression modeling with the value of r2=0.76, it was concluded that every year the rate of accidents in reference to technical examination centers is decreasing with a slope of 1%.
