نقشه های پهنه بندی در مدیریت سیلاب شهری

سیل و سیلاب یکی از فرآیند های طبیعی است که پیوسته مراکز جمعیتی و عرصه های فعالیت انسانی را مورد تهدید قرار داده و می دهد. کنترل و جمع آوری سیلاب ها از مهم ترین و اساسی ترین موضوعات در مدیریت حوضه آبریز است، که در شهر ها به دلیل توسعه شهری و تغییرات قابل توجه در الگوی طبیعی حوضه آبریز، اهمیت بیشتری می یابد. در گذشته رویکرد مدیریتی، سیلاب شهری بسیاری از کشورها به صورت سنتی و معطوف به جمع آوری، انتقال و دفع آن بوده است. با افزایش دخالت انسان در محیط و بهره وری غیرمنطقی از منابع و طراحی و برنامه ریزی شهری، بدون توجه به شاخص های محیطی، موجب گسترده شدن ابعاد این مخاطره در شهرهای جهان علی الخصوص کشورهای درحال توسعه شده است که لزوم انجام برنامه ریزی شهرها و مقاوم سازی آن ها با عنایت به مقوله سیلاب های شهری را دوچندان کرده است. بر این اساس یکی از وظایف کلیدی برنامه ریزان و مدیران شهری، برنامه ریزی شهر براساس مدیریت سیلاب در این مناطق است. در این راستا هزینه های زیادی برای مدیریت سیلاب شهری به روش سنتی با ایجاد انواع سازه ها، برای جمع آوری و دفع سیلاب صرف شده و کمتر به روش های توسعه کم اثر توجه شده است. در این پژوهش سعی شده تا روش های توسعه کم اثر معرفی شده و روش های اجرا شده و جایگاه آن در مدیریت سیلاب شهری بیان شود.

floods are one of the natural processes that constantly threaten population centers and areas of human activity. flood control and collection is one of the most important and basic issues in watershed management, which becomes more important in cities due to urban development and significant changes in the natural pattern of the watershed. in the past, the management approach of urban flood in many countries has been traditionally focused on its collection, transfer and disposal. with the increase of human intervention in the environment and irrational productivity of resources and urban design and planning, regardless of environmental indicators, the dimensions of this danger have expanded in the cities of the world, especially in developing countries, which necessitates the planning of cities and their strengthening has doubled the category of urban floods. based on this, one of the key tasks of urban planners and managers is city planning based on flood management in these areas. in this regard, a lot of money has been spent on urban flood management in the traditional way by creating various structures to collect and dispose of the flood, and less attention has been paid to low-impact development methods. in this research, an attempt has been made to introduce low-impact development methods and to explain the implemented methods and their place in urban flood management.
