پارامترهایی از معماری با رویکرد افزایش کیفیت زندگی در شهرک های مسکونی (نمونه موردی: شهرستان سوادکوه استان مازندران)

چکیده پژوهش به‌بررسی دیدگاه های ساکنین در رابطه با شرایط کالبدی شهرک آزادمهر در راستای استخراج عوامل تاثیرگذار مثبت و منفی بر رضایتمندی واحدهای همسایگی در محله مسکونی‌شان پرداخته است. پژوهش شامل دو مرحله می‌باشد. مرحله اول مرور ادبیات موضوع که نهایتا به‌استخراج عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء رضایتمندی از محله در چهار دسته از نظرصاحبنظران انجامید. مرحله دوم صحبت‌های کیفی نگارندگان با ساکنین شهرک که نهایتا به‌استخراج و دسته‌بندی عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء رضایتمندی از نظر اهالی پرداخته؛ دسته اول بیانگر ارجحیت عوامل فرهنگی و دسته دوم بیانگر اولویت عوامل معماری و محیطی بوده که در قالب نمودار1 آورده شده است

abstract the research has investigated the views of residents regarding the physical conditions of azadmehr town in order to extract positive and negative influencing factors on the satisfaction of neighboring units in their residential neighborhood. the research includes two stages. the first stage is the review of the literature on the subject, which finally led to the extraction of the factors that are effective in improving satisfaction from the neighborhood in four categories according to the opinion of the reviewers. the first category indicates the priority of cultural factors and the second category indicates the priority of architectural and environmental factors, which is given in the form of diagram 1.
