ارزیابی نقش مدیریت شهری با تاکید بر شهرداری‌ها در تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار شهری مورد مطالعه: شهر گز در استان اصفهان

توسعه پایدار به عنوان اصل اساسی پیش روی توسعه شهرهاست و تمام تلاش کشورها و شهرها دستیابی به ابعاد این رویکرد است. مدیریت شهری متشکل از سازمان‌های مختلف متولی امور شهری است و به نوعی دستیابی به ابعاد مختلف توسعه پایدار شهری به عملکرد مدیریت شهری وابسته است. هدف اساسی این پژوهش بررسی نقش و میزان اثرگذاری مدیریت شهری با تاکید بر سازمان شهرداری‌ها و ... در تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار شهری است که جهت انجام مطالعات خود شهر گز در استان یزد را انتخاب ، اطلاعات مورنیاز خود را به روش اسنادی کتابخانه ای و میدانی با ابزار پرسشنامه به تعداد 200 نفر جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل کای اسکوئر و ری کرامر و تحلیل swot تجزیه و تحلیل کرده است. نتایج حاصل از مطالعات میدانی و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نشان می‌دهد که اولا وضعیت شاخص‌های توسعه پایدار در شهر گز مناسب نبوده است بعلاوه اثرگذاری مدیریت شهری بر ارتقای پایداری شهر مستقیم و معنادار می‌باشد همچنین نتایج نشان می دهد که بیشترین تاثیر مدیریت شهری با تاکید بر شهرداری‌ها بر ابعاد کالبدی توسعه پایدار است.

evaluation of the role of urban management with an emphasis on municipalities in achieving the goals of sustainable urban development in the study: gaz city in isfahan province

sustainable development is the basic principle for the development of cities, and all the efforts of countries and cities are to achieve the dimensions of this approach. urban management consists of various organizations in charge of urban affairs, and the achievement of various dimensions of sustainable urban development depends on the performance of urban management. the main purpose of this research is to investigate the role and effectiveness of urban management with an emphasis on the organization of municipalities, etc., in realizing the goals of sustainable development of a city that has chosen gaz city in yazd province to carry out its own studies. a field has collected 200 people with a questionnaire tool and analyzed it using chi-square and ray kramer analysis methods and swot analysis. the results of field studies and information analysis show that firstly, the status of sustainable development indicators in gaz city was not suitable.in addition, the impact of urban management on promoting the sustainability of the city is direct and significant. also, the results show that the greatest impact of urban management with emphasis on municipalities is on the physical dimensions of sustainable development.
