بررسی نقش بام های سبز از دیدگاه معماری پایدار در جهت ارتقاء زیست محیطی ساختمان های میان مرتبه شهرمشهد

دغدغه های زندگی شهرنشینی و به دنبال آن ساختمان های میان مرتبه ، سبب فاصله افتادن بین طبیعت و انسان ها گردیده است. در صورتی که سرشت انسانها با طبیعت آمیخته بوده و این عدم ارتباط با طبیعت مشکلات روانی و جسمی فراوانی را برای انسانها، سببب گردیده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد راهکارهای طراحی جهت ارتباط ساختمان های میان مرتبه مسکونی با طبیعبت(فضای سبز) می باشد. بدین منظور از روش تحلیلی توصیفی، با ابزار تحلیل گرافیکی استفاده شد. بدین ترتیب که پس از مطالعه تاثیرات فضای سبزبر انسان، راهکارهایی برای طراحی آپارتمانها(فرم غالب مسکن های شهری) با هدف افزایش حضورفضای سبز در آپارتمانها تبیین شد. ازنتایج پژوهش، راهکارهایی درطراحی معماری می باشد که به طراحی و بازطراحی انواع فضاهای باز و نیمه باز و کیفیت بخشیدن به این فضاها و توجه به عوامل طبیعی اطراف سایت ، منجر می شود. با توجه به تاثیرات مثبت ارتباط با طبیعت بر انسان؛ امید است که در آینده بهره مندی از طبیعت و فضای سبز در طراحی ها به عنوان یکی از اصول طراحی فضای معماری بیش از پیش مدنظر طراحان قرار گیرد.

investigating the role of green roofs from the perspective of sustainable architecture in enhancing the environmental sustainability of mid-rise buildings in mashhad city.

the concerns of urban life, followed by middle-class buildings, have caused a gap between nature and humans. if the nature of humans is mixed with nature and this lack of connection with nature has caused many psychological and physical problems for humans. the purpose of this research is to propose design solutions to connect middle-class residential buildings with nature (green space). for this purpose, descriptive analysis method was used with graphic analysis tool. in this way, after studying the effects of green space on humans, solutions for the design of apartments (the dominant form of urban housing) were explained with the aim of increasing the presence of green space in apartments. from the results of the research, there are solutions in architectural design that lead to the design and redesign of open and semi-open spaces and to improve the quality of these spaces and pay attention to the natural factors around the site. considering the positive effects of communication with nature on humans; it is hoped that in the future, taking advantage of nature and green spaces in designs will be considered by designers as one of the principles of architectural space design.
