پیامد های زیست محیطی و حقوقی ساخت جزایر مصنوعی در خلیج فارس

جزایر مصنوعی سال هاست که ازسوی دولت هابرای گوناگون درحال ساخته شدن است . حق ساخت جزایر مصنوعی ازسوی کوانسیون 1982حقوق دریا هابرای دول ساحلی درمناطق دریایی به رسمیت شناخته شده است . درمنطقه خلیج فارس که درمعرض انواع الودگی قرار دارد ساخت این جزایر ازسوی چندین دولت ساحلی محیط زیست دریایی رابامشکلات متعدی مواجه نموده است . ساخت جزایر مصنوعی ازسوی کشورهای حاشیه خلیج فارس به ویژه امارات متحده عربی سبب شده تااین موضوع باحساسیت بیشتری ازسوی کشورهای منطقه به ویژه ایران دنبال شود درچنین شرایطی ریشه یابی آثار زیست محیطی وسیاسی این مسعله بیسارمهم به نظر می رسد. براساس بیساری ازگزارش های بین المللی ومنطقه ایی رفت و امد ها تانکرهای نفت کش، سکوهای نفتی ،پالایشگاه ها و تاسیسات ساحلی موجب شده است که خیلج فارس به آلوده ترین دریایی جهان تبدیل شود. دراین شرایط ساخت جزایر مصنوعی این روند راتشدید می کند وزیان های جبران ناپذیری برای کشور های ساحلی به بار می آورد . هدف ازاین پزوهش بررسی ابعاد حقوقی پیامدهای زیست محیطی ساخت جزایر مصنوعی در خلیج فارس می باشد.

environmental and legal consequences of the construction of artificial islands in the persian gulf

artificial islands have been being built by governments for many years. the right to build artificial islands has been recognized by the 1982 convention on the rights of the sea for coastal states in maritime areas. in the persian gulf region, which is exposed to various types of pollution, the construction of these islands by several coastal governments has faced contagious problems for the marine environment. the construction of artificial islands by the countries of the persian gulf, especially the united arab emirates, has caused this issue to be followed more sensitively by the countries of the region, especially iran. according to many international and regional reports, the movement of oil tankers, oil platforms, refineries and coastal facilities has caused the persian gulf to become the most polluted sea in the world. in this situation, the construction of artificial islands intensifies this process and brings irreparable losses to the coastal countries. the purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the legal aspects of the environmental consequences of the construction of artificial islands in the persian gulf.
