اقتدار دریایی و تاثیر آن اقتصاد دریا پایه

همواره در طول تاریخ دریاها منشا و خواستگاه، فرصتها، تهدیدات، نقاط قوت و نقاط ضعف ملل و کشورها بوده و در محیط جدید بین الملل روند اثرگذاری دریا بر منافع ملی بویژه از بعد اقتصادی رو به فزونی چشم گیری است. ایران اسلامی با تمدن چند هزارساله و با همین قدمت تاریخی عجین شده با دریا، اهمیت بهره برداری از دریا و مواهب الهی آن را به خوبی درک کرده و در این دوران حساس تاریخی به دریا به عنوان فرصتی بی نظیر برای توسعه همه جانبه کشور نگریسته و برنامه ریزی می نمایند. از طرفی همین دریا که منشا نعمت های بی شمار است بارها منشا تهدیدات و آسیب های جدی به کشور و تمدن ایران شده است، آن هم زمانی که چشم های طمعکاری در پی دستیابی به منافع اقتصادی دریا و سواحل و خشکی های ایران اسلامی بوده و از طرفی حاکمان وقت فاقد بینش صحیح بوده و از اقتدار دریایی متناسب با تهدیدات بی بهره بوده اند. این ضعف قدرت دریایی باعث عقب ماندگی های تاریخی شدیدی برای کشورمان شده است. امروزه همان تهدیدات در قالب های جدیدتر و تغییرشکل یافته منافع ملی مان را تهدید می کنند و در صورت ضعف اقتدار دریایی قادرنخواهیم بود تاریخی افتخارآفرین در تمدن دریایی کشور برای خود به یادگار گذاریم و برعکس با دستیابی به قدرت دریایی بلامنازعه، فراگیر و جامع، قادر خواهیم بود نقطه عطفی در امتداد حرکت تمدن ایرانی اسلامی بنا نهاده تا خود و نسل های بعدی از مواهب دریا بهره مند گردند. بی شک قدرت اقتصادی و قدرت نظامی دو بال پرنده توسعه و پیشرفت در هرکشوری بوده و تنها پرنده ای می تواند از پهنای وسیع دریای آبی به ساحل سبز آرامش و آسایش برسد که هر دو بال آن به اتفاق، سالم و قوی باشد. در این مقاله نگارنده با یررسی تاریخی نقش قدرت دریایی در تامین منافع ملی یه مقوله ی هویت جمعی و تسلسل حافظه تاریخی بصورت ویژه پرداخته است.

throughout history, the seas have always been the source and destination, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of nations and countries, and in the new international environment, the influence of the sea on national interests, especially from the economic aspect, is increasing dramatically. islamic iran, with a civilization of several thousand years and with the same historical history, is intertwined with the sea, it has well understood the importance of using the sea and its divine gifts, and in this historically sensitive period, the sea is a unique opportunity for the comprehensive development of the country. they look and plan. on the other hand, this same sea, which is the source of countless blessings, has many times been the source of threats and serious harm to the country and civilization of iran, that is when greedy eyes seek to gain the economic benefits of the sea, coasts and land. iran was islamic, and on the other hand, the rulers of the time lacked the correct vision and did not benefit from naval authority commensurate with the threats. this weakness of naval power has caused severe historical setbacks for our country. today, the same threats in newer and transformed forms threaten our national interests, and in the case of a weak naval authority, we will not be able to remember a proud history in the country s maritime civilization, and on the contrary, by achieving undisputed, all-encompassing maritime power. and comprehensively, we will be able to build a turning point along the movement of iranian islamic civilization so that we and future generations can benefit from the blessings of the sea. undoubtedly, economic power and military power are the two wings of the bird of development and progress in every country, and only a bird can reach the green shore of peace and comfort from the wide expanse of the blue sea, if both its wings are healthy and strong. in this article, the author has specially dealt with the historical research of the role of sea power in securing national interests, a category of collective identity and the sequence of historical memory.
