شناسایی ظرفیت های توسعه اقامت های بوم گردی در مناطق ساحلی با مطالعه موردی مکران

بومگردی به عنوان مفهومی که بر پایه ایده آل های حفاظت محیط زیست و توسعه پایدار استوار است، رواج جهانی دارد. بومگردی، ارزشمندترین شاخة طبیعت گردی است که قصد دارد به شیوة خردمندانه ای با کمترین اثر منفی بر طبیعت و فرهنگ منطقه، بیشترین فایده را برای آن داشته باشد. این نوع گردشگری علاوه بر تعامل با جاذبه های طبیعی، با زندگی و هنجار مردم محلی نیز در ارتباط است که خود نیز در تعامل با جاذبه های طبیعی است. در این پژوهش، به بررسی ظرفیت های توسعه اقامت های بوم گردی در سواحل دریایی مکران پرداخته شد. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مطالعات میدانی صورت گرفته است. در این پژوهش از 6 اقامت های بوم گردی در سواحل دریایی مکران بازدید به عمل آمده، و شرایط ویژه و همچنین ظرفیت های مربوط به توسعه این اقامت های بوم گردی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی های این پژوهش نشان داده است که از مهمترین ظرفیت های توسعه برای اقامت های بوم گردی، می توان به تطبیق بین مکان های باستانی و تفریحی با این اقامت های بومی نام برد، بدین شیوه که اکثر این اقامت های بومی بررسی شده، هر کدام در نزدیکی یک مکان باستانی و یا مکان تفریحی قرار داشته اند، که اگر بتوان یک پل ارتباطی بین این مکان ها ایجاد نمود، در توسعه این اقامت های بومی، گام موثری برداشت. همچنین از دیگر ظرفیت های این اقامت های بوم گردی می توان به مواردی از قبیل: وجود منابع طبیعی، وجود جنگل و باغ های بزرگ، وجود چشمه های طبیعی، نزدیکی به ساحل، آب و هوای مناسب، غذاهای طبیعی و... نام برد.

ecotourism as a concept based on the ideals of environmental protection and sustainable development is popular worldwide. ecotourism is the most valuable branch of nature tourism, which aims to have the most benefit for it in a wise manner with the least negative impact on the nature and culture of the region. in addition to interacting with natural attractions, this type of tourism is also related to the life and norms of local people, which itself interacts with natural attractions. in this research, the development capacities of eco-tourist accommodation in makran sea coasts were investigated. the method of collecting information in this research was done using library studies and field studies. in this research, 6 eco-tourist accommodations were visited in makran sea coasts, and the special conditions as well as the capacities related to the development of these eco-tourism accommodations were investigated. the results of this research have shown that one of the most important development capacities for ecotourism accommodations can be mentioned is the matching between ancient and recreational places with these native accommodations, in this way that most of these native accommodations have been examined, every which were located near an ancient site or a recreational site, if it is possible to create a bridge between these places, it will take an effective step in the development of these local residences. also, among other capacities of these eco-tourist stays, we can mention things such as: the presence of natural resources, the presence of forests and large gardens, the presence of natural springs, proximity to the beach, suitable weather, natural foods, etc.
