نقش تغیر اقلیم بر اقتصاد دریا پایه: مطالعه موردی تون هوور معمولی (thunnus tonggol) اقیانوس هند

یکی از مهمترین بخش های مفهوم اقتصاد دریاپایه کارکردهای شیلاتی آن است. در این میان استحصال آبزیان بویژه گونه های تجاری که نقش مهمی از دیدگاه اجتماعی و اقتصادی دارد بسیار در اقتصاد دریاپایه اهمیت دارد. در طی قرن حاضر، پدیده تغیر اقلیم بدلیل فعالیت های بشری اثرات خود را در محیط های دریایی و اقیانوسی هر روز نمایان تر می نماید؛ بطوریکه شاید در دهه گذشته این پدیده خیلی قابل لمس نبود اما امروز همه مردم این تغیرات را درک می کنند. بنابراین نقش تغییرات اقلیم در موفقیت و توسعه اقتصاد دریاپایه بسیار مهم است. در این مطالعه از گونه تون هوور معمولی (thunnus tonggol) بعنوان یک گونه تجاری جهت بررسی نقش تغیر اقلیم بر روی نوسات صید طی 70 سال گذشته (1950-2019) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در بررسی بیش از 13 شاخص اقلیمی موثر با استفاده از مدل جمعی تعمیم یافته (gam) مشخص شد 4 شاخص نقش قابل توجهی در توضیح انحراف مدل دارند (r-sq.(adj) = 0.969 deviance explained = 98.9%). بنابراین، در مدیریت و تعیین ذخایر این گونه در جهت اقتصاد دریاپایه پایدار می بایست تنش های توام تغیر اقلیم و تعادل صید در نظر گرفته شود. از سوی دیگر کنار آمدن با پدیده تغیر اقلیم در جهت افزایش بهره وری صید صنعتی از نظر اقتصادی لازم است در سند چشم انداز اقتصاد دریا پایه در کشور در نظر گرفته شود. ازاینرو، مدیریت اکوسیستم محور شیلاتی در اقتصاد دریاپایه پایدار نقش مهمی را در تصمیم سازی مدیران خواهد داشت.

the role of climate change on the blue economy: a case study of the indian ocean longtail tuna (thunnus tonggol)

one of the most important parts of the concept of blue economy is its fisheries functions. meanwhile, the exploitation of aquatic species, especially commercial species, which plays an important role in the social and economic point of view, is very important in the blue economy. during the current century, the phenomenon of climate change due to human activities is showing its effects in marine and ocean environments more and more every day, so that maybe in the last decade this phenomenon was not very tangible, but today all people understand these changes. therefore, the role of climate change in the success and development of the blue economy is very important. in this study, longtail tuna (thunnus tonggol) was evaluated as a commercial species in order to investigate the role of climate change on fishing fluctuations during the last 70 years (1950-2019). in the analysis of more than 13 effective climate oscilation indicators using the generalized addetive model (gam), it was found that 4 indicators play a significant role in explaining the deviance of the model (r-sq.(adj) = 0.969 deviance explained = 98.9%). therefore, in the management and determination of stocks of this species in the direction of sustainable blue economy, the combined tensions of climate change and fish stock balance should be considered. on the other hand, coping with the phenomenon of climate change in order to increase the productivity of industrial fishing from an economic point of view should be considered in the perspective document of the blue economy in the our country. therefore, management of ecosystem-based fisheries management in sustainable blue economy will play an important role in decision-makers.
