حرکت آینده نیروی دریایی ارتش در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی ایران (مطالعه موردی: توسعه مکران)

با تدابیر حکیمانه رهبر معظم انقلاب و تبیین دقیق و خردمندانه حرکت چهل ساله دوم انقلاب در قالب بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی ایران‏ در صدد تعیین گام های اساسی حرکت خود برای رسیدن به اقتدار در منطقه و جهان براساس عزت، حکمت و مصلحت می باشد، در همین راستا ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران به عنوان یکی از ارکان مهم و سرنوشت ساز نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران باید منطبق و متناسب بر نگاه حکیمانه رهبر معظم انقلاب در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب جای پای حرکت خود در آینده را ترسیم نموده و در یک تغییر مسیر راهبردی، خود را با شرایط روز جهت ایفای نقش موثر در توسعه همه جانبه کشور همسو و هماهنگ نماید. در این میان نیروی دریایی راهبردی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران به عنوان طلائیه دار توسعه مکران بر مبنای فرمایشات مقام معظم فرمندهی کل قوا در این منطقه نقش اساسی دارد. هدف از این پژوهش تبیین حرکت آینده نداجا در محرومیت زدائی و توسعه سواحل مکران مطابق با بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی ایران و تبیین گام ها و موقعیت راهبردی نداجا در آینده تدوین گردیده است. این پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و به منظور تعیین مسیر حرکت توسعه ای آینده منطبق و متناسب با محورهای اساسی تبیین شده در بیانه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی ایران توسط فرماندهی معظم کل قوا (مد ظله العالی) می باشد. در مرحله اول مطالعات انجام شده در رابطه با تدابیر ایشان در بیانیه گام دوم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت ؛ برای احصاء نقش ها و کارکردهای نداجا متناسب با بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب مطالعه موردی نقش نداجا در توسعه سواحل مکران مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل اساتید، فرماندهان و مدیرانی است که دارای سابقه فرماندهی، امور عملیاتی بیش از 5 سال بوده و دارای سابقه ستادی نیز بودند که به تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب شدند. ضمن انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با جامعه آماری خبرگان، سعی گردید اهداف کلان عملی و اهداف کنترلی در توصیه های رهبری در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب شناسایی و استخراج گردند. نتایج تحقیق نشان دهنده 32 هدف کلان عملی و 60 هدف کنترلی مرتبط با اهداف کلان استخراج و جهت ارائه منشور حرکت آینده نداجا در توسعه همه جانبه سواحل مکران در پرتو بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب شکوهمند اسلامی ایران ضمن بیان تدابیر محوری مقام معظم فرماندهی کل قوا (مدظله العالی) مورد استناد قرار گرفت.

the future movement of the navy in the second step of the islamic revolution of iran (case study: the development of makran)

with the wise measures of the supreme leader of the revolution and the precise and wise explanation of the forty-year movement of the second revolution in the form of the statement of the second step of the islamic revolution of iran, it aims to determine the basic steps of its movement to reach authority in the region and the world based on honor, wisdom and expediency. in this regard, the army of the islamic republic of iran, as one of the important and decisive elements of the system of the islamic republic of iran, must conform to the wise view of the supreme leader of the revolution in the statement of the second step of the revolution, outline the foothold of its movement in the future and in a change the strategic path should be aligned and coordinated with the current conditions in order to play an effective role in the all-round development of the country. in the meantime, the strategic navy of the islamic republic of iran army plays an essential role in this region as the gold standard for the development of makran based on the orders of the supreme commander of the general forces. the purpose of this research is to explain the future movement of nadaja in the removal of deprivation and development of the makran coast in accordance with the statement of the second step of the islamic revolution of iran and to explain the steps and strategic position of nadaja in the future. from the point of view of practical purpose and descriptive type, and in order to determine the path of future development movement, this research is in accordance with the basic axes explained in the statement of the second step of the islamic revolution of iran by the supreme commander of the supreme army (maud zaleh al-ali). in the first stage, the studies conducted in relation to their measures were examined in the statement of the second step. in order to calculate the roles and functions of nadaja according to the statement of the second step of the revolution, a case study of nadaja s role in the development of makran beaches was studied. the statistical population of this research includes professors, commanders, and managers who have more than 5 years of experience in command and operational affairs and who also had a staff experience, who were selected in the number of 30 people. while conducting a semi-structured interview with the statistical community of experts, it was tried to identify and extract the macro-practical goals and control goals in the leadership s recommendations in the statement of the second step of the revolution. the results of the research show 32 practical macro goals and 60 control goals related to the macro goals of extraction and to present a charter for the future movement of nadaja in the all-round development of the makran coast in the light of the declaration of the second step of the glorious islamic revolution of iran, while stating the central measures of the supreme commander of the general forces (madazleh) al-ali) was cited.
