مدیریت آلودگی میکروپلاستیک ها و نقش آن در اقتصاد دریا پایه

جوهره اصلی اقتصاد دریاپایه ترویج توسعه صنعت دریایی است که از نظر اکولوژیکی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی از اکوسیستم دریایی سود می برد و در عین حال مدل مدیریت اکوسیستم محور باید هسته اصلی فرآیند تصمیم گیری توسعه صنعتی و اجتماعی باشد. از موضوعات اقتصاد دریاپایه مدیریت آلودگی ها و بطور خاص نفت و پلاستیک ها می باشد. میکروپلاستیک‌ها (mps) و نانو پلاستیک‌ها به طور گسترده در چند سال گذشته در محیط‌های دریایی و اقیانوسی موردمطالعه قرار گرفته‌اند. توسعه فعالیت های ساحلی و همچنین بهره برداری از کارکردهای مختلف دریایی منجر به افزایش ورود این آلودگی ها به محیط های دریایی و ساحلی شده است. دستیابی به اقتصاد دریا پایه پایدار مستلزم بکارگیری پتانسیل های علم و نوآوری برای توسعه راه حل های نوآورانه جهت کارکردهای اقیانوسی است. بنابراین در ایجاد یک گفت‌وگوی میان رشته‌ای درباره فرصت‌های تحقیق و نوآوری برای دستیابی به آینده،‌ بررسی میان کنش های زیست محیطی و اقتصاد دریا پایه می بایست در نظر گرفته شود. بکارگیری ابزارهای مدیریت یکپارچه اقیانوس، تحقیقات مشترک فناورانه و تحقیقات فرا و بین رشته ای و دسترسی آزاد و ایجاد پایگاه های داده مشترک برای پشتیبانی خدمات اکوسیستم در آینده نگری اقتصاد دریا پایه بسیار مورد اهمیت کشورهای پیشرو است. اقتصاد دریا پایه در استرالیا بطور قابل توجهی تحت تاثیرآلودگی میکروپلاستیک ها است. بنابراین مدیریت آلودگی میکروپلاستیک ها و نقش آن در اقتصاد دریا پایه برای ایران و سایر کشورها دارای اولویت زیادی است. در این مطالعه در ابتدا به بررسی میکروپلاستیک ها خواهیم پرداخت و در مرحله بعد نقش آن در اقتصاد دریا پایه و لزوم مدیریت آن بحث خواهد شد. با بررسی موضوع جدید اقتصاد دریا پایه و مدیریت مسئله زیست محیطی آلودگی میکروپلاستیک سعی شده در برنامه ریزی و مدیریت آن به استراتژی مدیریت اکوسیستم محور رسیده و پیشنهادات لازم را برای مدیران بالادستی ارائه نماید.

microplastics pollution management and its role in the blue economy

the main essence of blue economy is to promote the development of marine industry, which benefits from the marine ecosystem ecologically, economically and socially, and at the same time, the ecosystem-based management model should be the core of the decision-making process of industrial and social development. one of the topics of marine economy is the management of pollution and especially plastics. microplastics (mps) and nanoplastics have been widely studied in marine and ocean environments in the last few years. the development of coastal activities as well as the exploitation of various marine functions has led to an increase in the entry of these pollutants into the marine and coastal environments. achieving a sustainable blue economy requires harnessing the potential of science and innovation to develop innovative solutions for ocean functions. therefore, in creating an interdisciplinary dialogue about research and innovation opportunities to achieve the future, the examination between environmental actions and the basic marine economy should be considered. the application of integrated ocean management tools, joint technological research and cross- and interdisciplinary research and open access and shared databases to support ecosystem services in the future of the basic marine economy are very important for leading countries. the basic marine economy in australia is significantly affected by mps pollution. in this study, we will first review microplastics, and in the next step, its role in the blue economy and the necessity of its management will be discussed. by reviewing the new issue of the blue economy and management of the environmental problem of microplastic pollution, it has been tried to reach an ecosystem-based management strategy in planning and management, finally provide the necessary suggestions for the upstream managers.
