چکیده    Nano-biosensors have attracted many attentions since they are sensitive and precise for detectionsmall number of biomarkers in any environment. alzheimer’s disease is known as aneurodegenerative disease in which the symptoms appear in the late stages with cognitiveimpairment problems. early diagnosis of alzheimer’s disease would be the first promising steptoward the treatment of the disease. this study employs the colorimetric feature of goldnanoparticles for detection of a specific biomarker for diagnosis of alzheimer’s disease in earlystages. the characteristics of the developed nano-biosensor are determining using dls, zetapotential and ft-ir test. the dls results show size of 40 nm for the synthesized nanoparticlesand 150 nm for nanoprobe implying accurate conjugation of the probe with nanoparticles. the zetapotential results showed an increased negative charge for the functionalized nanoparticles.investigation of nanoprobes and nanoparticles revealed that the probe conjugated to nanoparticlesproperly.
