چکیده    In this study, hydrodeoxygenation (hdo) of chlorella vulgaris microalgae biomasswith n-hexane solvent and isopropanol as hydrogen donors was performed insupercritical conditions and a high-pressure reactor as a one-pot. this process wasmodeled using the response surface method (rsm) for analysis. sas jmp statisticalsoftware was used to optimize the experimental data to obtain the equation between thefactors and the response. the results showed that when the process was carried outwithout a catalyst, the bio-jet fuel with high selectivity (c8-c16) and low time obtained60% and 47% product yield and main productivity, respectively. studies show thatsupercritical fluid effects are promising and effective for hydrodeoxygenation of bio-oilupgrading.
