بررسی عوامل موثر در ارزیابی و ارتقاء سلامت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست با روش تحلیل مضمون، موردمطالعه آزمایشگاه‌های دانشکده شیمی پردیس علوم دانشگاه تهران

در دهه‌های اخیر، به دلیل توسعه سریع علم و فناوری، اهمیت حفظ سلامت، ایمنی و حفاظت از محیط‌زیست در آزمایشگاه‌های شیمی بیش‌ازپیش مشهود شده است. به دلیل خصوصیات خطرناک بسیاری از مواد شیمیایی و تاثیرات نامطلوب محتمل بر سلامت انسانی و محیط‌زیست، تضمین ایمنی و اجرای نظام hse در این آزمایشگاه‌ها بیش‌ازپیش اهمیت پیدا کرده است. هدف: در این مطالعه، هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء مدیریت hse در آزمایشگاه‌های دانشکده شیمی دانشگاه تهران است که دارای 35 آزمایشگاه با فعالیت‌ها و اهداف مختلف می‌باشند. روش تحقیق: برای تحقق این هدف، از روش تحقیق کیفی بهره جسته‌ایم. در پژوهش کیفی با روش تحلیل مضمون با رویکرد گلوله‌برفی برای انتخاب نمونه‌ها و از روش اشباع مضامین به‌عنوان استانداردی برای پایان نمونه‌گیری استفاده‌شده است که از دو منبع ادبیات نظری و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته، مضامین احصاء گردید؛ روایی مصاحبه‌ها با نظر 15 مسئول آزمایشگاه، مورد تایید قرار گرفته و برای تایید پایایی مصاحبه‌ها، روش بازآزمایی استفاده شد. که با 88% پایایی آن مورد تائید قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد عوامل موثر بر سیستم ارتقاء و استقرار hse در قالب 4 مضمون فراگیر فردی، ساختاری، فرایندی و ابزاری شناسایی شدند. عوامل فردی و فرایندی سریع‌ترین و ارزان‌ترین عوامل در الویت بندی و اجرای نظام hse در آزمایشگاه است. ازاین‌رو دانشگاه‌ها و آزمایشگاه‌ها قبل از انتخاب راه‌حل‌های طولانی و پر هزینه، توصیه می‌شود به عوامل فردی و فرایندی توجه بیشتری نمایند.

investigating the effective factors in promoting health, safety, and the environment with the thematic analysis method, studied by the laboratories of the faculty of chemistry and faculty of science, university of tehran

in recent decades, due to the rapid development of science and technology, the importance of maintaining health, safety, and environmental protection in chemical laboratories has become more evident. due to the dangerous properties of many chemicals and possible adverse effects on human health and the environment, ensuring safety and implementing the hse system in these laboratories have become more important than ever. purpose: the purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the improvement of hse management in the laboratories of the tehran university chemistry faculty, which has 35 laboratories with different activities and goals. research method: to achieve this goal, we used a qualitative research method. in the qualitative research, the theme analysis method was used with the snowball approach to select the samples, and the theme saturation method was used as a standard at the end of the sampling. the validity of the interviews was confirmed by the opinions of 15 laboratory officials, and the retest method was used to confirm the reliability of the interviews. which was confirmed with 88% reliability. results: the results of the research showed that the effective factors in the hse promotion and establishment system were identified in the form of four overarching themes: individual, structural, process, and tool. individual and process factors are the fastest and cheapest factors in prioritizing and implementing the hse system in the laboratory. therefore, before choosing long and expensive solutions, universities and laboratories are recommended to pay more attention to individual and process factors.
