بررسی و ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر افزایش آب بدون درآمد در شرکت آب و فاضلاب شیراز

امروزه اهمیت منابع آبی برای رشد و بقای بشر بر کسی پوشیده نیست، از این رو صرفه‌جویی در مصرف و جلوگیری از هدر رفتن آب در کشور ما از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است و می‌تواند به عنوان روشی موثر جهت حل قسمتی از مشکلات فعلی ناشی از کمبود آب مورد توجه قرار گیرد. یکی از مهمترین موضوعات در این زمینه افزایش آب بدون درآمد است که با توجه به اهمیت آن، در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی و ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر افزایش آب بدون درآمد در شهرستان شیراز پرداخته شده و برای این منظور از تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره فازی استفاده شده است. به این ترتیب در چارچوب روش پیشنهادی ابتدا عوامل موثر بر افزایش آب بدون درآمد طبق نظر کارشناسان و متخصصان این حوزه استخراج شدند. سپس پرسشنامه بر مبنای شاخص‌های استخراج طراحی شده و در بین 15 نفر از کارشناسان شرکت آب و فاضلاب شیراز با سابقه بیشتر از 5 سال توزیع گردید. در ادامه عوامل موثر بر افزایش آب بدون درآمد در شهرستان شیراز با استفاده از یکی از تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره در شرایط فازی رتبه‌بندی گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که سه عامل با اولویت اول عبارت‌اند از: 1. کیفیت نامناسب در ساخت لوله و متعلقات، 2. عدم پیمایش و بازرسی مستمر شبکه، شیرآلات، پمپ‌ها و مخازن. 3. عدم بهسازی و نوسازی به‌موقع اجزای شبکه.

investigating and evaluating factors affecting the increase of non revenue water in shiraz using fuzzy multi criteria decision making techniques case study shiraz water and wastewater company

nowadays, the importance of water resources for the growth and survival of mankind is not hidden from anyone, therefore saving water consumption and preventing wastage of water in our country is of particular importance and can be used as an effective method to solve some of the current problems caused by water shortage. one of the most important issues in this field is the increase of non-revenue water, and due to the importance of this issue, in the current research, the factors affecting the increase of non-revenue water in shiraz city have been examined and evaluated, and for this purpose, fuzzy multi-criteria decision making techniques have been used. in this way, in the framework of the proposed method, the factors affecting the increase of non-revenue water were first extracted according to the opinion of experts and specialists in this field. then the questionnaire was designed based on the extraction indicators and was distributed among 15 experts of shiraz water and wastewater company with experience of more than 5 years. in the following, the factors affecting the increase of non-revenue water in shiraz city were ranked using one of the multi-criteria decision-making techniques in fuzzy conditions. the results of the research showed that the three factors with the first priority are: 1. improper quality in the construction of pipes and accessories, 2. lack of continuous survey and inspection of the network, valves, pumps and tanks. 3. lack of timely improvement and renovation of network components.
