ارزیابی و تحلیل حوادث و اتفاقات تلفات آب شرب در شبکه توزیع آب شهری و راهکارهای کاهش آن

یکی از دلایل کمبود آب شرب، حوادث و تلفات آب در شبکه توزیع آب شهری است. تلفات و نشت در شبکه‌های توزیع آب شهری، عامل اتلاف آب و خسارت‌های اقتصادی زیادی است. مسئله نشت در سیستم‌های توزیع آب شهری هم از لحاظ اقتصادی، اجتماعی و هم از نظر تاثیرات زیست محیطی مهم می باشد و مقابله با آن امری لازم و اجتناب ناپذیر است در بسیاری از شهرها برنامه زمان بندی قطعی آب شرب اجرا می‌شود. عواملی مانند فرسودگی شبکه توزیع و انشعاب های غیر مجاز در این زمینه تاثیر دارند. بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، این پژوهش به ارزیابی و تحلیل حوادث و اتفاقات تلفات آب شرب در شبکه توزیع آب شهری و راهکارهای کاهش آن حوادث پرداخته است. نوع پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت کاربردی و براساس روش تحلیلی- پیمایشی بوده است. براساس یافته‌ها، اتلاف آب شهری در ایران 25.5 درصد است. اتلاف آب جریان آب و توزیع فشار را در کل سیستم تغییر می‌دهند و این می‌تواند منجر به قطع آب شود. عوامل تاثیر گذار بر تلفات آب متعدد و متنوع هستند. فرسودگی لوله‌های سیستم‌های توزیع آب شهری از مهم ترین چالش‌های مدیران صنعت آب است. چهار عامل بیشترین تاثیر بر افزایش پرت و یا تلفات آب شهری را در سیستم یاشبکه توزیع آب شهری آب دارد: 1- عدم مشارکت بهره برداران. 2- ناهماهنگی و نارسایی‌های بین سازمانهای دخیل در مدیریت منابع آب. 3- نارسایی در منابع و امکانات سازمانی. 4- ضعف مدیریت نیروی انسانی. نتایج نشان داد مدیریت فشار یکی از موثرترین، کاراترین و مقرون به صرفه ترین روش‌های مدیریت نشت در شبکه‌های توزیع آب است که علاوه بر کاهش نشت، مزایای بسیاری برای شرکت‌های آب و فاضلاب دارد. با توجه به رابطه مستقیم نشت و فشار در شبکه آب می توان با مدیریت فشار عملا نشت در شبکه را کنترل کرد.

one of the reasons for the lack of drinking water is accidents and water losses in the urban water distribution network. losses and leaks in urban water distribution networks are the cause of water loss and economic losses. the problem of leakage in urban water distribution systems is important both economically, socially and in terms of environmental effects, and it is necessary and unavoidable to deal with it. in many cities, a definite schedule of drinking water is implemented. factors such as wear and tear of the distribution network and unauthorized branches have an impact in this field. therefore, considering the importance of the topic, this research has evaluated and analyzed the incidents and incidents of drinking water losses in the urban water distribution network and the solutions to reduce those incidents. the type of research was based on the applied nature and based on the analytical-survey method. according to the findings, urban water loss in iran is 25.5%. water leaks change the water flow and pressure distribution throughout the system and this can lead to water outages. factors affecting water losses are numerous and diverse. the wear and tear of urban water distribution system pipes is one of the most important challenges for water industry managers. four factors have the greatest impact on the increase in waste or loss of urban water in the urban water distribution system or network: 1- non-participation of users. 2- inconsistencies and inadequacies between organizations involved in water resources management. 3- inadequacy in organizational resources and facilities. 4- weakness of human resources management. the results showed that pressure management is one of the most effective, efficient and cost-effective methods of managing leaks in water distribution networks, which in addition to reducing leaks, has many benefits for water and sewage companies. due to the direct relationship between leakage and pressure in the water network, it is possible to practically control the leakage in the network by managing the pressure.
