تحلیل شکستگی و حوادث شبکه آبرسانی با رویکرد اقدام اصلاحی

یکی از اساسی‌ترین موضوعات و مشکلات شرکت‌های آب در سرتاسر جهان، هدررفت آب از شبکه‌های توزیع به صورت شکستگی و نشتی است که هزینه‌های بالای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی را بر جامعه و شرکت‌ها تحمیل می‌کند. سالانه بخش عمده از بودجه شرکت‌های آب و فاضلاب صرف هزینه‌های تعمیر و بازسازی شکستگی‌ها و حوادث شبکه‌های آبرسانی می‌شود. از این رو آگاهی از میزان نرخ شکستگی و تعیین اولویت‌های اصلاحی و راهکارها جهت کاهش تعدد آن نقش کلیدی در مدیریت نشت و هزینه‌ها دارد. در این تحقیق، اتفاقات و حوادث شبکه روستایی شهرستان بابل در سال 1401 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و پس تعیین مقادیر شاخص‌های شکست، نظیر نرخ شکست و درصد حوادث انشعابات، سهم هر یک از عوامل و دلایل رخداد شکست تعیین شد. بیشترین دلیل حوادث فرسودگی و طول عمر لوله با 28 درصد بود. در نهایت مشخص شد که بیشترین تاثیر در رشد شاخص‌های نرخ شکست در خطوط شبکه توزیع و شاخص حوادث انشعابات، به ترتیب مربوط به دلایل عدم کنترل فشار شبکه و کیفیت نامرغوب اتصالات می‌باشد.

‌one of the most fundamental issues and problems of water companies around the world is the water losses from distribution networks as failures and leaks, which impose high economic, social, and environmental costs on society and companies. every year, the major part of the budget of water and wastewater companies is spent on the repair and reconstruction of water supply network breaks and failures. therefore, knowing the amount of failure rate and determining correction priorities and solutions to reduce its frequency has a key role in managing leakage and costs. in this research, the events and failures of the rural network of babol city in 2022 were analyzed and after determining the values of the failure indicators, such as the failure rate and the percentage of branching events, the contribution of each factor and the reasons for the failure occurrence were determined. the most common cause of accidents was the wear and tear of the pipe with 28%. finally, it was found that the biggest impact on the growth of the failure rate indicators in the distribution network lines and the index of branching events, respectively, is related to the reasons for the lack of network pressure control and poor quality of connections.and bursts with a corrective action approach.
