بررسی تاثیر سای هالوفوپ بوتیل+ بیس پایریباک سدیم (هالووین) بر خصوصیات کیفی دانه برنج

به دلیل تنوع علف های هرز در اراضی شالیزار و افزایش کارایی مدیریت شیمیایی، استفاده از مخلوط علف کش ها ضروریاست. از اینرو درک کاملی از تاثیر آنها بر کیفیت محصول و اجزای بیوشیمیایی برنج علاوه بر کنترل علف های هرز لازم بهنظر می رسد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر علف کش سای هالوفوپ بوتیل+ بیس پایریباک سدیم با نام تجاری هالووین برخصوصیات کیفی دانه برنج انجام شد. پس از استفاده از علف کش هالووین در دوزهای 500 ، 700 ، 900 ، 1100 ، 1300 و 1500میلی لیتر در هکتار در شرایط مزرع های، خصوصیات کیفی دانه )فیزیکی، شیمیایی و پخت(، در مقایسه با شاهد وجین دستیو دوز توصیه شده پنوکسولام مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. کم ترین میزان طول دانه خام در تیمارهای 1300 و 1500 میلی لیترهالووین در هکتار مشاهده شد که در مقایسه با نمونه شاهد وجین دستی )بدون علف کش( تفاوت مشاهده شده، معنی دار بود.ویژگی های برنج پخته شده تحت تاثیر محتوای آمیلوز و دمای ژلاتینه شدن قرار میگیرد، امّا در این تحقیق تفاوت معنی داریبین صفات فوق در تیمارهای علف کشی مورد بررسی در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد وجین دستی مشاهده نشد. از آنجایی که مطابقنتایج این تحقیق هیچ یک از ویژگی های برنج در دوز توصیه شده هالووین ) 700 و 900 میلی لیتر در هکتار( تحت تاثیر قرارنگرفت، بنابراین می توان این علف کش را از نظر تاثیر بر کیفیت برنج بی خطر دانست.

investigation the effect of cyhalofop-butyl+ bispyribac sodium (halovin) herbicide on rice grain quality

it is necessary to use a mixture of herbicides to increase the efficiency of chemical managementdue to the diversity of paddy weeds; therefore, a complete understanding of their effect on the qualityand biochemical components of rice is necessary in addition to weed control. this research wasconducted with the aim of investigating the effect of cyhalofop-butyl+ bispyribac sodium herbicidewith hallovin brand name on the qualitative characteristics of rice grain. after using hallovin herbicide(500, 700, 900, 1100, 1300 and 1500 ml/ha) in field conditions, the quality characteristics of rice(physical, chemical and cooking), were checked out in comparison with the hand weeding controland the recommended dose of penoxolam. the lowest length grain was observed in the treatments of1300 and 1500 ml of halloween per hectare, which was significant compared to the control sampleof hand weeding (without herbicide). the characteristics of cooked rice are affected by the amylosecontent and gelatinization temperature. however, in this research, no significant difference was observedbetween the above characteristics in the examined herbicide treatments compared to the handweeding control treatment. according to the results of this research, none of the characteristics of ricewere affected in the recommended dose (700 and 900 ml/ha) of halloween. so, this herbicide can beconsidered safe in terms of its effect on the quality of rice.
