ارتباط بین تست های پایایی و بهبود کیفیت سامانه: مطالعه موردی صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و فولاد مبارکه

این مقاله به بررسی ارتباط بین تست‌های پایایی و بهبود کیفیت سامانه در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات می‌پردازد. مبانی نظری مقاله با تاکید بر اهمیت تست‌های پایایی در فرآیند توسعه و اجرای سامانه‌ها آغاز شده و سپس به توضیح ارتباط میان تست‌های پایایی و بهبود کیفیت با استفاده از مطالعات موردی در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات پرداخته است. با بهره گیری از ادبیات پژوهش در دسترس و همچنین مطالعات میدانی و نظرخواهی از خبرگان، عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی rcm شناسایی شدند. سپس با استفاده از مطالعات میدانی و با نظرخواهی از اعضای نمونه یافته های پژوهش گرداوری شد. مقاله با تبیین نتایج این مطالعات موردی به تحلیل اثربخشی تست‌های پایایی در بهبود امنیت، عملکرد، و پایداری سامانه‌های it می‌پردازد. در نهایت، این مقاله نتایج حاصله را به عنوان راهنمایی برای سازمان‌ها و توسعه‌دهندگان سامانه‌های it ارائه می‌کند تا از ارتقاء کیفیت سامانه‌های خود بهره‌مند شوند و از مزایای تست‌های پایایی بهره‌مند گردند.

this article examines the relationship between reliability tests and system quality improvement in the field of information technology. the theoretical foundations of the article began by emphasizing the importance of reliability tests in the process of developing and implementing systems, and then explained the relationship between reliability tests and quality improvement using case studies in the information technology industry. using the available research literature, as well as field studies and expert opinions, the factors affecting the implementation of rcm were identified. then, by using field studies and asking the opinion of the sample members, the findings of the research were compiled. by explaining the results of these case studies, the article analyzes the effectiveness of reliability tests in improving the security, performance, and stability of it systems. finally, this article presents the results as a guide for organizations and developers of it systems to benefit from the improvement of the quality of their systems and benefit from the benefits of reliability tests
