due to the continuous changes and the upward trend of competition in the modern business environment, in order to survive in the long term, organizations are forced to use new management approaches to increase productivity and thus improve the performance of their mechanism. among the important tools in this field is the implementation of the concepts of comprehensive quality management and knowledge management, which can simultaneously increase the productivity of human resources. based on the findings of the studies, the correct implementation of these two factors in a consolidated form can provide the basis for increasing creativity, innovation, and ultimately human and organizational productivity through the improvement of processes, knowledge sharing, development of human capital and appropriate organizational culture. in total, the results indicate that the coordinated and integrated implementation of comprehensive quality management and knowledge management can be considered as an effective strategy to improve the productivity and performance of organizations in today s turbulent business environment. therefore, it is an effort for organizations to take steps towards the integration and implementation of these two concepts with detailed planning and the support of senior managers in order to reach ideal conditions.
