هدف مرورمطالعه های ذکر شده درمنابع درخصوص تحلیل مولفه های موثر بر ارزیابی آمادگی صنعت نسل چهارم می باشد. قرن حاضر، انقلاب صنعتی چهارم با افزایش ارتباطات و خودکارسازی هوشمند، سبب تغییرات سریع فناوری، صنایع و الگوها شده است در همین راستا ضروری است مطالعاتی پیرامون تعیین اهمیت ابعاد و شاخصهای آمادگی صنعت چهار جهت بقای صنایع کشور صورت پذیرد. صنعت 4٫0 در صنعت تولید انقلابی به راه انداخته‌است که منجر به بهبود فرایندها و محصولات شده‌است. در این کارخانه‌های هوشمند سنسورهای پیشرفته، نرم‌افزارهای تعبیه شده و رباتیک به جمع‌آوری داده‌ها کمک می‌کند و با آنالیز این داده‌ها تصمیم‌گیری سریع‌تر انجام می‌شود در تبیین و شناخت بیشتر برای نقش پذیری مقوله کیفیت در دنیای حاضر و نیز روند رشد پذیری آن در آینده و نیز آنچه که امروزه بعنوان یک عامل کلیدی و نیز رقابتی در صحنه زندگی اجتماعی و حرفه ای مطرح می باشد ناظر بر این مطالعه بسیار مهم است که آینده صنعت و اثر گذاری آن در روند فعالیت های بویژه اقتصادی چگونه بوده و از چه طریق می توان جریان هوشمند سازی برای آینده را پیش بینی و یا ترسیم نمود.

a review of demonstrating the applications of the fourth industrial revolution in total quality management

abstract the aim of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the evaluation of the readiness of the fourth generation industry. in this century, the fourth industrial revolution with the increase of communication and intelligent automation has caused rapid changes in technology, industries and patterns. in this regard, it is necessary to conduct studies on the importance of the dimensions and indicators of industry readiness for the survival of the country s industries for a better understanding of organizations and industries. the food of tehran province from the current state of its readiness in moving towards the fourth generation industry, the purpose of this research is to identify and determine the importance of the influential and influential components on the organization s readiness in moving to the industry side is the fourth generation. in the qualitative part of this research, by examining the theoretical foundations and receiving the opinion of experts the process of data classification was done to create primary codes, categories and core codes, as a result of which 60 primary codes and six categories were extracted and then, with the help of the fuzzy delphi method, the sub-criterion was agreed upon by experts. at the end, the relationships between the criteria and sub-criteria were investigated with the fuzzy dmittel method, during which the functional readiness criterion had the highest influence and the information technology readiness had the highest influence؛ also, among the sub-criteria, the sub-criterion government laws and institutions was identified as the most effective cause and working environment dynamics as the most effective effect
