در حال حاضر، یکی از فناوری های بسیارمهم انقلاب صنعتی 4,0 در زمینه گسترش فناوری های دیجیتال، که برای افزایش بهره‌وری کار و توسعه و بازبینی استراتژی شرکت‌ها بکار می رود فناوری موسوم به بلاکچین(زنجیره بلوکی) است، که اولین بار در سال2008 وایت پیپر بلاکچین بیتکوین توسط ساتوشی ناکاموتو(خالق ناشناس بلاکچین بیتکوین) به منظور کوتاه کردن کنترل مرکزی بانک ها از دارایی مردم منتشر شد و موجب انقلابی بزرگ نه تنها در کسب وکار های مالی، بلکه در همه‌ی کسب وکار ها در همه حوزه ها شد. حتی بنیان‌گذاران استارت آپ ها نیز برای طراحی مدل کسب وکار خود از این فناوری بی‌بهره نمانده‌اند. در این مطالعه ابتدا، ما ادبیات مربوط به بلاک چین را تجزیه و تحلیل کردیم، تا ویژگی‌های فناوری و مزایا و معایب بالقوه آن‌ را برای فرآیندهای کسب وکار شناسایی کنیم و سپس به تعریف مدل کسب وکار و اجزای آن و تعریف نوآوری کسب وکار و رابطه آن با پیکربندی(شکل) های ارزش خواهیم پرداخت، تا تاثیربلاکچین بر مدل های کسب وکار و استراتژی شرکت ها که بحث اصلی این مقاله است را بهتر درک کنیم.

currently, one of the most important technologies of industrial revolution 4.0 in the field of expanding digital technologies, which is used to increase work productivity and develop and review companies strategies, is a technology called block chain bitcoin s blockchain white paper was first published in 2008 by satoshi nakamoto (the anonymous creator of bitcoin blockchain) in order to shorten the central control of banks from people s assets, causing a great revolution in not only financial businesses but all businesses, in all fields. even the founders of startups have benefited from this technology to design their business model. in this study, we first analyzed the literature on blockchain to identify the characteristics of the technology and their potential advantages and disadvantages for business processes and then we will define the business model and its components and the definition of business innovation and its relationship with value configurations in order to better understand the impact of blockchain on business models and corporate strategy, which is the main topic of this article.
