بررسی ظرفیت های گردشگری و تاثیر آن بر پایداری اقتصاد شهری (مطالعه موردی : منطقه 2 کلانشهر تهران)

امروزه ساختار مدیریتی غالب کشورها به نحوی است که برنامه ریزی برای اوقات فراغت منجر به یک عمل اقتصادی و تجاری شده است، به همین منظور گردشگری به عنوان یکی از راه کارهای اصلی گذران اوقات فراغت با همه مضامین علمی و فلسفی که درآن نهفته است، یک عمل اقتصادی محسوب شده و پیش بینی می شود که یکی از بزرگترین محرک های اقتصادی قرن حاضر باشد. وجود زیرساخت های مناسب شهری و مدیریت عاقلانه و هدفمند در عرصه های اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی،اجتماعی و ... از شرایط و اصول اساسی تحقق گردشگری شهری و حرکت به سمت اشتغال زایی و ایجاد درآمد پایدار و احیاء و تقویت اقتصاد و فرهنگ محلی و در نهایت دستیابی به پایدار اقتصادی است. هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل و بررسی تاثیر بهره برداری بهینه از منابع و ذخایر گردشگری بر پایداری اقتصادی منطقه 2 شهر تهران از جنبه های مختلف می باشد، به طوری که پس از دریافت نظرات جامعه آماری( با استفاده از روش دلفی در دو مرحله و در هر مرحله دریافت نظرات 30 نفر ازخبرگان حوزه شهری و گردشگری به عنوان جامعه آماری) و آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش که با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل داده، آزمون تی و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه انجام پذیرفت ، در نهایت آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش مورد تایید

study of tourism capacities and its impact on urben economy sustainability(case study: district 2 municipality of tehran)

making leisure time is one of the achievements in current century. nowadays planning for leisure is an economical and commercial affair because of the management’s structure of the countries. that’s why tourism is one of the essential solution for passing leisure time; so tourism including scientific and philosophical content, is an economical affair and it’s predicted to be one of the biggest economical motivation in current century. having appropriate urban infrastructure and wise management in economies, politics, culture and …. society are the essential conditions of civil tourism that lead to job creation, permanent revenue, economic resilience, strengthening local culture, and finally terminate to economic stability. the municipality of tehran region 2 , that is one of the strategic regions of tehran because of economical, geographical, …. and biological situation, is special in various touristic fields. it seems it has not been completely utilized this valuable situation. in this article have been efforts made to analysis the influence of exploitation of tourism’s sources on economic stability of the municipality tehran region 2. after receiving opinions of statistical society (experts of urban and also touristic domains) are done,the test of hypothesis number 1 and 3 by using data analysis and t test, and the test of hypothesis number 2 by using multiple linear regression. finaly the mentioned three tests are confirmed by statistical society that have emphasized on the necessity of utilizing of purposeful touristic capacity that terminates to economic stability.
