تجلی سنت در احیا شیوه آموزش استاد شاگردی، با هدف نیل به اهداف متعالی توسعه پایدار در آموزش صنایع دستی

توسعه پایدار، به عنوان مفهومی نوظهور، در پی تهاجم گسترده مدرنیسم، به منابع محدود زیست جهان انسان، مطرح گردید. پیشروان توسعه پایدار، مبتنی بر رویکرد انتقادی به مدرنیسم و تحلیل و تبیین این تهاجم گسترده به منابع طبیعی و عینی کردن تبعات آن برای افکار عمومی، سعی در اصلاح فرایندها و بازگشت به دوران مصالحه با زمین، همچون عصر زنده مان سنت‌ها، داشتند. بر این بستر انتقادی، توسعه پایدار با هدف پاسداشت منابع محدود زمین و با ارائه راهکارهایی در استفاده بهینه از منابع، از طریق مسئولیت‌بخشی اجتماعی به صاحبان صنایع در عین حفظ منافع آنها، شکل گرفت. با نگرشی به تاریخ و فرهنگ ایران، مفاهیم بنیادین توسعه پایدار، در زیست-شیوه ایرانیان در دل سنت‌ها و تجلی آن در قالب هنرهای سنتی، جریان داشته است، سنت‌های جان‌بخشی که مبتنی بر حفظ و پاسداشت طبیعت، از سینۀ استادکار، بر بستر شیوه آموزشی استاد-شاگردی، به جان مشتاق شاگرد منتقل می‌شده است. با بازخوانی این آموزه‌ها، مراتب تولید آثار صناعی بر بستر سنت‌های ایرانی، از نیازسنجی و انتخاب مواد اولیه مناسب، تا تولید محصول و آراستن به تزئینات عمدتاً طبیعت‌گرایانه، همه و همه مبتنی بر حفظ و صیانت از طبیعت بوده است. در این پژوهش مبتنی بر روش اسنادی و تحلیل محتوا، ضمن تبیین بنیان‌های نظری توسعه پایدار و بازخوانی فرایند تولید در هنرهای صناعی، از طریق مطالعه تطبیقی این دو ماهیت، هدف بنیادین همسانی مفاهیم اساسی توسعه پایدار با سنت‌های جاری در فرایند تولید هنرهای صناعی استنباط می‌گردد، سپس با تکیه بر این یافته و در نظر گرفتن نقش اساسی آموزش در انتقال سنت‌های منطبق با مفاهیم بنیادین توسعه پایدار، با رویکردی آینده‌پژوهانه، لزوم تغییر و بازنگری در آموزش عالی مدرن (عمدتاً مبتنی بر بهره‌برداری روزافزون از منابع طبیعی) و رجعت به شیوه استاد–شاگردی (مبتنی بر سنت، در جهت بزرگداشت طبیعت و حفظ منابع انسانی)، با هدف انتقال مفاهیم اساسی توسعه پایدار، منطبق با سنت‌ها، به نسل‌های بعدی، نتیجه گرفته می‌شود.

the manifestation of tradition in reviving the master- apprentice training method, to achieve the lofty goals of sustainable development in handicraft education

sustainable development, as an emerging concept, was proposed following the widespread invasion of modernism to the limited resources of the human world. the pioneers of sustainable development, based on a critical approach to modernism and analyzing and explaining this massive invasion of natural resources and objectifying its consequences for public opinion, tried to correct the processes and return to the era of reconciliation with the earth, like our living era of traditions. on this critical platform, sustainable development was formed with the goal of safeguarding the earth s limited resources and offering solutions for the efficient utilization of resources through social responsibility to industrial stakeholders, all while safeguarding their interests. with a focus on iran s history and culture, the core ideas of sustainable development are ingrained in the iranian way of life, blending with traditional arts. these life-sustaining traditions prioritize nature preservation and are passed down through the master-apprentice training method from the chest of the master to the heart of the eager student. by rereading these teachings, the levels of production of artificial works based on iranian traditions, from assessing the needs and choosing the right raw materials, to producing the product and decorating it with mainly naturalistic decorations, have all been based on the preservation of nature. in this research, based on the documentary method and content analysis, while explaining the theoretical foundations of sustainable development and reading the production process in artificial arts, through the comparative study of these two natures, the fundamental goal of matching the basic concepts of sustainable development with the current traditions in the production process of artificial arts is deduced. then, based on this discovery and recognizing the crucial role of education in passing down traditions aligned with the core principles of sustainable development, there is a call to reform and reassess contemporary higher education (largely reliant on the unsustainable use of natural resources) and revert to the master-apprenticeship model (rooted in tradition, to honor nature and safeguard human resources), aiming to impart the fundamental principles of sustainable development in harmony with traditions to future generations.
