بازآرایی الزامات مهارت‌آموزی در ساختار آموزش عالی با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی: دورنمایی به نسل آلفا

چالش‌ها و تغییرات مستمر ناشی از ظهور فناوری در فضای رقابتی امروز منجر شده تا نگرانی و دغدغه‌های فزاینده‌ای در ارتباط با آموزش عالی ایجاد گردد. این امر ضرورت اندیشه در خصوص بازآرایی الزامات مهارت‌آموزی در ساختار آموزش عالی با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی: دورنمایی به نسل آلفا را برجسته می‌سازد. بر این اساس، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی، تحلیل ساختاری پیشران‌های موثر و تدوین سناریو است. این پژوهش، از نوع کاربردی بود. علاوه بر مصاحبه با متخصصان، مطالعه منابع علمی معتبر ازجمله سند تحول راهبردی علم و فناوری در حوزه آموزش عالی، سند آمایش آموزش عالی، نقشه جامع علمی کشور، برنامه هفتم توسعه در فرایند شناسایی مولفه‌ها مورد بهره‌برداری قرار گرفت. به منظور شناسایی نیروهای پیشران موثر محتمل بر آینده مهارت‌آموزی در ایران از منظر توجه به نسل آلفا در امر آموزش، جلسات به صورت تلفنی با خبرگان برگزار شد. پس از تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها، درمجموع 163 پیشران در چهار حوزه مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت که پس از تعدیل، تجمیع و اعمال نظرات فهرستی شامل 20 عامل تنظیم شد. سپس پرسشنامه دلفی فازی جهت ایجاد اتفاق‌نظر نهایی تهیه و برای خبرگان ارسال گردید، اجرای دلفی فازی به انتخاب 18 پیشران اصلی منتج شده و برای شناسایی پیشران‌های استراتژیک در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت و نهایتاً 9 پیشران ﮐلیدی انتخاب و برای تدوین سناریو مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصله بیانگر 4 سناریوی مدینه فاضله، ادامه روند فعلی، ادامه روند فعلی همراه با خوش‌بینی و وضعیت بحرانی معرفی گردید.

revisiting the requirements of skill acquisition in the structure of higher education with a futuristic approach: a glimpse into the alpha generation.

challenges and ongoing changes resulting from the integrating technology in today s competitive landscape have raised concerns about higher education. reinterpreting skill-training requirements within higher education through a future research approach offers insights into generation alpha. therefore, the current research aims to identify and structurally analyze effective propulsions and develop a framework for scenario planning. the nature of this study was practical. in addition to interviewing experts, studying reputable scientific sources such as the strategic document of science and technology transformation in higher education, the higher education development plan, the national scientific map, and the seventh development plan has been used to identify the components. survey interviews were conducted by phone to evaluate the potential effective propulsion of skill-training methods in meeting the educational needs of generation alpha. after analyzing the interviews, 163 propulsions were identified in four areas. following modification, aggregation, and application of opinions, a list of 20 factors was organized. a delphi questionnaire was developed to reach a final consensus and sent to the experts. the execution of the delphi phase resulted in the selection of 18 key propulsions, whose identification was provided to the reporters for the recognition of strategic propulsion. ultimately, nine key propulsions were chosen and utilized for scenario development. the study yielded four scenarios: the madīnah fāḍilah model, continuation of the current trend, continuation of the current trend with optimism, and a critical scenario.
